Yep B - you didn't go the agricultural stream at school - and at 16, certainly wasn't thinking about making wine. So glad you waited until later in life to make beautiful wines.

@@wineforthepeople no they don’t! I want to give costumers recommendations, some of the house wines are pricey so I can’t buy them myself. Reckon I should ask about it?

@@undefinedlegend928 I think you definitely should! It's standard practice for staff training purposes. Look after the staff, they look after the customers!

@@undefinedlegend928 put it this way, if you knew the products better - you could sell more - and customers would love to come back again and again! Often the sales representatives will happily open bottles to train staff too.
