The plaintiff was engaged to the defendant but claims their relationship failed due to the defendant’s alcoholism. The plaintiff alleges the defendant stole her vehicle and crashed it, so she’s suing. The defendant admits he used the car but insists the plaintiff forgave the damages, and he never agreed to pay anything.
