Hi-end tuning version for 54.5 mm big bore cylinder kit.
We share our experience about how to take all power from 54.5 cylinder.
Be careful if you do not have experience, don`t try to do this by yourself, if you not have real experiense and undersanding or this process.
We can build an engine for special order with 62mm cylinder kit, 160 CC !

Good Very entertained the video but a suggestion, when they are part of pieces as a cylinder piston etc. Lubricant is used for the best operation has the time of the ignition.

Funny you say that. This engine is coming to Oahu. I contracted this guy to build this for me. I’m so excited. I never had a water cooled set before. Expensive but worth it. Look how much work he puts into it.

I belong to a bicycle group and a few of us have minerelli cylinders atop our china bicycle motor bottom ends. It’s most definitely revolutionized the bicycle motor community, as with a simple spacer plate at the base and also on the intake (in order to mate a makuni vm20 carb to it) the motors are now making stock power between 6-8hp. In comparison, the stock china motor makes between .9hp and 1.5 - 2hp. We’re still in developmental stages with trying to keep the temp stable at 230-260 degrees f. I’m curious as to know what’s considered hot or a little too hot of a temp on your scooter motors. I’ve read between 300-350 degrees f but hard to believe anything in print these days. Feedback would definitely be appreciated!!

Normal temperatures are about 60 degrees celsius (140 f) or wit the maximum being about 80C (180 f)

Angus forced air cooling, as in a high flow fan directed at the head? I’ve never run my cylinder past 290, which was way to high for my liking. I operate normally around 240-260, my cylinder should stay in pretty good shape at those temps?

Angus awesome, and thanks a ton. I’m running 40:1 with ams oil Sabre. The inside of my jug still has great looking cross hatching and the top of my piston has zero carbon build up. I’ve only got about a thousand miles on it as it sits and should be good for another thousand. Thanks again for correcting what the other fella said, he had me a bit nervous. Ty

Shon the best parts are from Europe. Get yourself a malossi crank or a pm tuning crank and a malossi 172cc bore. Do some research. Those bikes can be made really fast and reliable.
