the best thing to do is to remove the shaft that connects the oil mixer to the crankshaft and put the oil mixer back as a sealing plug.

try to freeze the bearings and heating the case if you want it to just pop in, and dont put the piston expander when its bnew

You build the top part wrong. Turn cylinderhead 90° to the right. It will get better cooling. Besides that, nice work man! 👍🏻

монстер, я такой поршень на минск ммвз3112 ставил правда без резонатора на выпуске и лепесток от сузуки летс, моторчик поярче крутится сопротевление меньше, крутой контент пилите однако ставлю вам лайк

Достаю из морозилки коленвал, подшипник кладу на немного нагретую сковороду, огня нет и круглой проставкой по внутренней обойме с помощью молотка усаживаю подшипник..ну это когда не имеешь прекрасного инструмента, но результат тот же)

Wooooowww, smodel I've been following your content for a couple of years now and I really like your channel. Very genuine way to do the videos and projects, I rally apriciate having a channel like yours to enjoy watch. I've got a 125cc supermotard, and comparing the combustion chamber volume of this engine against mine I can easly see that yours has a lot of compression ratio. I know that too much compression ratio won't let thw engine pick rpm, bur it will have a low end amazing torque. What are you searching with this build? I hope someway you read this. Hope you're doing well, keep like that

Nice work Oleg, but the bearring from the magnet side is turned wrong, you want the open side of the bearing to have feed for better lubrication...

I'm 95% certain that you shredded the o-ring on the oil pump plug when you hammered it in dry like that, everytime i do it i make sure i apply some engine oil to the rubber o-ring, it slides in easier and seals perfectly

Смотрю тебя давно, круто почти тунененговал поменял редуктор на полини первичную пару редуктора, но у китайцев есть вторичная пара в педуктор, будет ещё короче передаточное число.

If you want to put on the bearings faster you should freeze The crankshaft it helps alot

Олег , я думаю лучше было бы с маленькой половинки убрать те милиментровые стенки в отверстиях под болты после проточки , чтоб не дай бог те кусочки потом не отпали и не убили подшипники и не дай бог клин

I would prefer ball bearings on both sides of crankshaft due that roler bearings have more friction and reduce high rpm.

Watching him put the gudgeon pin circlip into the piston at 30:35 I stopped and looked again.... yep, trying to wiggle that critter into the piston with no rags under the piston stopping the circlip from dropping into the crankcase. I thought sheesh, he must be very good to be that confident! I ended up deciding that perhaps he wasn't "very good"... perhaps more just lucky. The pain in the arse trying to remove circlips droppped into the cases (either by lucky magnet, or by splitting the cases and starting again) just isn't worth ignoring the 30 second insurance of stuffing some rags under the piston to catch it if you stuff up. What a wonderful floppy fit of the cylinder coming down over the piston/rings..... nearly a gravity plop. ahem The precision testing of which way to put on the head with an off centre spark plug was a bit ummm... special. The engine must be fitted in something moving sideways to get any benefit from the cooling fins.
