Working on mounting my K&B 40 in my Sportster 40. It's coming along nicely. I noticed I do not have any foam around the tank. I plan to fix that. I am planning to exchange the plastic spinner for an aluminum spinner. I still need to add the clunk line fuel pick up. I also need to bend the fuel feeder line upwards towards the top of the fuel tank. Need to drill and tap the nylon engine mount to accept the engine mounting screws (4-40 cap screws of course). Need to make sure the throttle push rod is up to the task (it is very old). Need to test run the engine on my test stand.
