De compression ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ rings മാത്രം മാറിയാൽ കാര്യമില്ല. Cylinder honing ചെയ്യണം. എന്നുവെച്ചാൽ cylinder ഒരു പരുക്കൻ പോലെ ആക്കണം. എന്നിട്ട് വണ്ടി start ചെയ്ത് ഒരു minute ആകുന്നതിന് മുൻപ് വണ്ടി ഓടിക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങണം. Speed കൂട്ടിയും കുറച്ചും ഓടിക്കണം. Engine working temperature ആയി കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ engine RPM അല്പം കൂടെ കൂട്ടി ഓടിക്കണം. Rings proper ആയി seat ആകാൻ വേണ്ടിയാണ്. ഒരു കാരണവെച്ചാലും ilde ചെയ്യരുത്. Engine പണി കഴിഞ്ഞ് പണിക്കാർ പുതുവെ ചെയ്യുന്ന പരിപാടി ആണ് engine വെറുതേ idle ഇട്ടേക്കും. Rings seating ആകില്ല. അത് ഗുണത്തേക്കാൾ ദോഷം ആണ് ചെയ്യുക. പിന്നെയും oil കത്താൻതുടങ്ങും... മുൻപ് ഞാൻ പറഞ്ഞപോലെ ചെയ്താൽ എഞ്ചിന് നല്ല power, പിന്നെ നല്ല life കിട്ടും. ഉറപ്പാണ്....

1 month മുൻപ് കാർ ഒന്ന് ഹീറ്റ് ആയിരുന്നു ചെറിയ രീതിയിൽ പുക വന്നു. ചെക്ക് ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ അന്ന് റേഡിയേറ്ററിൽ വെള്ളം കുറവായിരുന്നു ഒരു പൈപ്പ് വേറെ ഫിറ്റ്‌ ചെയ്തു, പക്ഷെ വീണ്ടും വീണ്ടും റേഡിയേറ്ററിൽ വെള്ളം കുറവ് കാണിക്കുന്നു. ഇതിനിടയിൽ മൂന്നുന്നാലു വർക്ഷോപ്പിൽ പോയി. ബട്ട്‌ എല്ലാം ഓക്കേ ആണ് എന്നാണ് അവർ പറയുന്നത്.ഇപ്പോ റേഡിയേറ്റർ ന്യൂ ഫിറ്റ്‌ ആക്കി ബട്ട്‌ ഇപ്പോളും റേഡിയേറ്ററിൽ വെള്ളം കുറയുന്നുണ്ട് , ഹീറ്റ് ആകുന്നുമുണ്ട്. എന്താണ് ബ്രോ ഇതിനു കാരണം ഒന്ന് പറയാമോ
