Engine 210 is a 2012 Spartan Metro Star/Custom Fire
This was cancelled shortly after these videos were taken. these units responded here instead of Fairfax units because the first and second due units were on scene of a 1 alarm house fire with a RIT about a mile or so down the road. I went there after but didn't get any footage.

1st I've heard someone use the hi-lo setting. The engine horns needs some tuning. Nice catch though!
