In the US people don't say unwell. Instead, they say: I feel sick or not good. Plus, they don't say: measure your temperature. They say, take your temperature.☺️ Besides, you could say: pick up your prescription, not to collect. 😇

She shouldn’t be teaching what she doesn’t know. Especially, being non native she speaks on behalf of native English speakers. So many mistakes and the worst thing is English learners are not able to guess them and learn her “American “ English.

I have watched almost all your videos starting from " 50 phrases in English hopefully in 10 minutes " to this one. I will say this is a masterpiece among them all.The dialogues are applicable to many situations when you are going to see a doctor . You spoke very slowly and clearly so that the learners will easily understand them. I hope more videos like this will come out from you in the days to come.

Hello Marina! I would like to say that I've been watching your videos and it's been great to my fluency! The last time I got sick was terrible. It was a very strong flu but I don't know if it was covid, but it could be. My throat was aching and I had running nose. This symptoms were off in just one week. Now I'm aware about the virus and taking care of myself better.

Dear Lingua, Thank you for your learning, video, stories, advice and support. It's really help me to build my confidence to try speaking English. I used to dont believe with my language skills. I always feel depressed if I do something wrong. I am afraid my friends will bully me because I speak English to them. I do that because I want to improve my skills. But after watching all of your videos, particularly the "Afraid to Speak English" episode, I realized that what I've been doing is correct. Don't be afraid of the grammar, structure, etc. Just try to speak first and be confident. The native speakers had always done wrong.....Am I mistaken? Please correct me if I make a mistake. Once again, I am really thankful to you. I hope you have a happy life and stay healthy. Amin. Love, Nadya from Indonesia ❤
