00:00 In this video...
00:31 Let’s talk about our fears

Marina, I studied English at British Council in my Sri Lanka. I can speak well, but not fluently like a native speaker, if I watch your English lesson videos and watch English movies, I can learn more from you Marina. You are really kind

I really enjoyed this video! I am a native English speaker, and I love languages! I am learning Russian and Korean, and everything you talked about could be applied to learning any language. One reason I like your videos is that I am not only interested in other languages (I know some French, Spanish, Italian, and a little Japanese), but I also continue to learn new things about my own language! I admire people who learn English so much, because I know it's not easy!! ❤

I've been studying English speaking for the past month. I'm not sure if it's right to say it now. But I'm enjoying this moment. She encourages me to write this text. Thank you so much!

The problems you describe about speaking English for non natives is just as the problem I face. I am from a part of India where we hardly use English as medium of communication even though there are a lot who can speak English. I have no difficulty understanding when natives speak except the slang part. I have difficulty speaking fluently. Fluency is really hard for me. Almost all the problems you mentioned about non native learners just happen to me.

Понимаю с субтитрами на 99%, некоторые словечки приходится подгугливать) Немного удивляет и заодно радует, что я уже на том уровне, чтобы понимать средне-быструю речь при Intermediate level. Год назад я бы понял гораздо меньше...

I think the most important thing when someone is learning a language is not looking for perfection And not focus on our mistakes instead of that it s better to keep learning I remember it was twenty years ago when I began to speak Spanish a lot of people laughing about my French accent but in spite of that I continued to speak on my own and now I'm happy because now every summer i go to Spain and i can share conversation with people and i reach my goal and now my desire it's to do the same in English. I begin to read the bible in language .I ask you please young teacher can you help me to reach improvements in English field. Is not the thing to forget words rather it's to practice output because I write and read and listen but to speak I haven't someone to talk to .it discourages me. I'm not translate when I speak Spanish or English is not helpful to do that because each language have a own construction sentences. Speaking is the hard part to learn English. But you can overcome this situation if you talk to someone. I listened to you about embassy and I'll try to find it . Thank you MARINA. You speak very well MARINA .You create course to teach peoples can you explain me most deeper about the day of the week and the schedule and how cost is it?

Тоже боюсь говорить, не могу связать 2 слова. Но когда слышу как кто-то говорит на ломанном русском, мне абсолютно все равно на ошибки, мне достаточно того, что я поняла суть сказанного. Забавно получается)

Anyone has their own grammatical and lexical errors in using their mother tongue speaking or writing. English is not your mother tongue, but that you can use it like this shows a great effort in your journey of conquering the language. You have been inspiring a lot of learners of English. You are so great.
