The best way that I found to learn english is practice listen, read and learn a little bit of grammar as well.

Great, nice and succinct! I stressed one thing for a student... if you use words from the center column, besides THE or NO, you must make countable nouns plural with S. (It is uncertain when you say it in the video.) Thanks -- this is very helpful :)

The "a" might be further confusing because you use it with other words like "a little." So if you see an "a" or "an" alone or directly before, it would be used with countable nouns but paired with another word it may be used with uncountable nouns, e.g., "a little bit of" or "a lot of."
