Learn some useful English phrases for being polite, friendly and helpful at the gym or any other place where you might share space and/or equipment with other people.
I'm Teacher Mike, and I'm an English (ESL/EFL) teacher from the United States.

Most people who go to the gym want to get in shape. They want to have a good body, and also to feel healthy. They want to feel good about their physical condition, etc.

Yes, I agree. Mike doesn't only teach us new vocabulary about interesting topics, but also how to be nice, polite and helpful in different life situations.😊 That's why he is the best teacher ever.

Reps: Repetition. Sets: A collection of reps. If your goal is to complete 20 pushups, you can do two sets of ten reps. This can help you effectively pace yourself.😊😊

You can say "three to five", but "three or five" is strange because it doesn't include four.
