you may not use a date I think in this tense 😊

Gabriela, in the first sentence you are specifying a period of time (last year). Therefore, you can't use the present perfect. In this case, you use the "simple past tense"= I traveled to Scotland last year. If you want to use the participle, just don't specify the time. So, you can say: I've traveled to Scotland. Hope that helps!🤗
