Last night, we camped at the U Nu Lwinpyin, which was used as a helipad. The base camp is 4500 ft above sea level. There is a building at the base camp called U Nu pavilion and it was built in 1950. Over the years, the building collapsed and was restored in 2017 by U Nu's relatives. U Nu was the first Prime Minister of Burma. The next day at 6 o'clock in the morning, we went on a hike to the highest peak of Mount Popa called Hmanpya Peak, which is 4981 ft above sea level. At 10 AM, we went down the mountain.
