Just wanted to say thanks as this is the most detailed X20 review I came across. And you helped answer something I was wondering about, which is whether or not the handle bar could be swapped out for a lower one, or a BMX style one. From the looks of it handle bar section, it could be, which is great as that's what I'd do.

You're welcome! The handlebar can be swapped on most bikes. Just make sure the handlebar diameter matches your bike stem, and shifters/brake levers.

This is a great review. Did you have the second battery enabled for this test? I noticed on throttle only after 5 miles you had lost 15% charge and were down to 85%. With that rough math, this thing would average around 24 to 25 miles on throttle only. Would you say that's accurate from your testing?

Hello, both batteries were turned on during the test. They advertise 93 miles max in ECO mode with pedal assist, and I always assume half of the advertised range in real life situations. 25 miles on throttle only seems reasonable.

Hi. Can I wash the wheels and motor and the entire bottom of the bike with water after using it in the sand on the beach?

Their site doesn't specify if the X20 is waterproof. Washing parts not close to electronics should be fine... I don't know if it'll be able to handle water near the motor, or controller.

What if you peddle assist to 24 miles on normal mode and then hold the throttle? Does it go up👀

Yes, you should be able to seamlessly switch between pedal assist and throttle until the max speed for each is met. Some ebikes only allow the throttle to do 20mph, and pedal assist 28mph, so using the throttle at 24mph will not do anything in that case.

Yes guy's, I for one just wanted to let you know that I watched some videos here on KZfaq and I think that they have come up with a real winner in their technology. I'm also very excited about the giveaway, because I just happen to be a disabled senior, and where I live it's a little ways away from the nearest little store, and I've been so wanting to own my own electric bicycle, but with all the latest news about them catching on fire has made me sceptical about owning one. However, I still surely could use one of your's because I am convinced that your's are better built than most other brands. I've done a lot of research into the technology and it just keeps getting better with time. The high cost of you're product is alarming at best. In this Ex-Navy Vets view?; until the technology has been around for about another 5 years from now prices may be low enough for us SSI people can afford to own one of the best on the market. The better the quality, the higher the price point. It's ok, I understand perfectly well, I just wanted to thank you for the opportunity to maybe, own one. Also, I would like to help move this product because I believe it is of great value and quality production process. Also, it looks like it is a safe ride with plenty of power. I'm tall over 6 feet, can I comfortably ride this? I have long legs... Thanks again and great job with the video... Jeff P.

Hello Jeff, thanks for the detailed comment! I hope you win the ebike. The bike is rated for riders between 5.4 (ft) -6.2 (ft). I'm 5'-11", and it felt comfortable. The seat post was not fully extended when I rode, so I assume it would fit taller riders.

It is quite heavy at 82lbs, but the frame seems solid. The mid battery weighs about 5lbs, and can be removed to help shave weight.

the battery which is under the seat is can open easily or we need key to remove it ?

You should have unscrewed the rear wheel axle caps and showed if there was a thread for attaching BMX pegs!!

Thanks for the suggestion. I didn't want to mess with the rear in case something shifted, and I'd have to readjust the brakes. I think there's friction style pegs, so if the axle had enough length then you could screw one in with the existing nuts.

@@ColinLeung Thank you for your reply. This issue is very important. The peg on the axle must withstand a load of at least 100 kg., so it would like to make sure that the length, thickness and thread are as needed.
