Y'know the concept of soul mates? Well, Rex and Brianna are obviously soul-siblings. Their souls were designed to be brother and sister, but there was a mix up in transit and they were sent to two different sets of parents.

I'd boil everything except the spirits when making the brine, cool everything then add the spirits and cucumber. That way the heat doesn't change the flavors (or boil off the alcohol). I have a really old bottle of fireball that is now begging to be used for this experiment!

I've tried that honestly. You have to pour the brine over the pickles hot and let thst entire thing cool. Then pour in the whisky. Honestly? The flavor doesn't get in to the pickles as well. Give it a whirl though.

I made pickles with some cinnamon whiskey for our weekly whiskey night. When they were fresh, about 1 day old, people thought they were weird, but after a week in the brine the flavors mellowed and people liked them better.

So did he use Fireball cinammon whiskey or fireball cinammon malt? The mini bottle he showed was the malt version. Fireball is currently getting sued over it because the labels are so similar.

The pickles were made with actual. The little taster was so I could hide it in my pocket so Rex and Briana couldn't see it.
