The Remesh did a lot of fixing that makes the combat rifle look amazing.I still think the CR-74 should of been the Combat rifle instead

@@moistvibes5697 have you tried out Spadey's HMR Mag pack? It adds a lot of new mags to change the ammo type and function of the HMR Also does JSRS sound mod conflict with other sound replacers?

@@moistvibes5697 Yes , it is the only thing I envy from New Vegas .The weapon selection there is quite good .Fallout 4's big flaw in my eyes .And even the mods are not enough for me .I see the NV Weapon and Weapon Reanimation categories on Nexus and I shiver in envy .

@@oolooo I do love the reanimation mods and weapon packs on FNV,however I only use Another Millennia and Classic Fallout weapon pack. I’m sure Fallout 4 will get there own reanimation packs soon

This could be the placement of your animations,this could also be some kind of conflict in your load order I had the same issue with the JSRS mod,I just simply reinstalled it and it fixed it

I was using Vivid Fallout,there is a seperate file of the Landscape I was using but i highly suggest using the complete pack

Assault Rifle has existed as a technical term for a select-fire rifle firing an intermediate cartridge since the 1940s. It is indeed an actual term and very much isn’t slang.

Assault Rifle is not a slang term. It is a real term with a real meaning. I recommend you watch a video by Forgotten Weapons which was released a few weeks ago about the term, and why it is a legitimate.

I don’t think I was actually using a mod for it as it looked fine the way it was.Its possible it was the lighting in which was I was using the Reactor Enb

@@moistvibes5697 Could you check that as when I looked at a radium rifle in my game (I don't have an ENB) it looked washed out and not as colorful. For starters the dish was not green. The gamma stuff from the wires to the capacitors just don't have as much color in my game.

I wouldn’t say all Modern weaponry,you wouldn’t see the Sig MCX Spear lying out and about in a fallout game lol

@@moistvibes5697 Well not a Sig MCX, that's too modern, but I'd say most guns from 2000 and below with few exceptions make pretty good additions. I personally like adding guns that've been in past fallout games or fit the theming of what we've seen before. My main guide is fallout tactics, so anything from that sort of period or aesthetic I think work well.

Hot take but im fine with the design for most part,Black ops 2 and 3 Zombies has a nice design similar to the Assault rifle.What i'm not fine with is that it replaced the assault rifle instead of being a power armor weapon

​@@moistvibes5697 it was designed well in the Black Ops games since it was literally a Lewis, Vickers, or MG42 on the zombie maps. But it's supposed to be something different in Fallout 4, and it's design actually would make it both non-functional for military use, but obsolete in terms of weapons for the Great War, because it's supposed to have been an actual weapon the military made for the war. It would make more sense if it were some heavy machine gun made from scrap by some raiders, but Bethesda was definitely worried more about rendering and shit instead of good weapons, characters, factions, and stories.

Actually that is a bug with automation, if you downloaded that dlc after nuka world, since technically, it's just a so-called down audtraon beam and not its own texture, download automation first, then nuka for higher texture quality

And no, assault rifle is not slang nor is any other weapon term. In support of that argument I present this document. FSTC-CW-07-03-70 Look up this document, you’ll see that even all the way in the 70s, the US Military classified an assault rifle as I described.

LStrings is a mod that brings in a handful of different bows,pretty cool stuff
