I've noticed something watching these episodes and their other content, including I-Land: if you say that "Jay can't do this" or "Jay can't do that" in his hearing he will absolutely try until he succeeds. Over and over again he's shown determination like few others I've seen and I think it is immensely admirable. When he succeeds, he also doesn't rub it in other people's faces either; he just enjoys the win for himself in a way, which is also an overlooked but important quality. :)
