എനിക്ക് 51 വയസ്സ് ആയി. എനിക്ക് cholesterol high ആയിരുന്നു. Thyroid തുടക്കവും ആയിരുന്നു. നമസ്തേ ഡോക്ടർ🙏🏻. എനിക്ക് മേല് മുഴുവൻ വേദന വരാറുണ്ട്..പുറത്തെ Muscle എപ്പോഴും പിടിക്കും.. മരുന്നുകൾ എടുക്കും മാറും.. വീണ്ടും വരും .. ഡോക്ടറ്‍ന്റെ video കണ്ടിട്ടാണ് Vit.
