@@lijogr8 see the situations have been changed, there are lots students coming to Ireland now, they are fully qualified Engineers,Pharmacists, Chartered Accountants so to them Ireland is the best choice than Australia as they are getting pay here. So only the medical professionals who are not getting better salary are moving out of this country now

We are also planning to move to Australia from UK. We settled in UK in 2008. I am in the process of registering with AASW. We both are aged 42+ so haven't got much time to apply for PR in Australia

@@happinessaround127 not all scanning places are bulk billed hence I said just ring around and ask before scheduling , I have been here much longer and lived in nsw and now in ACT never payed for single scans or investigations Leave entitlement is true to what you said in Victoria , unfortunately each jurisdiction is different , ACT pays 140 hrs of sick leave with 7 weeks Annual leaves for a shift worker plus 24 weeks of maternity leave currently . However you still get 12 weeks in Victoria This is to say each state is different . I have never met anyone who moved from UK being unhappy here , if not being happy here perhaps returning back to UK is something to consider

@@liyaemilin actually I didn’t know about it . There was a long waiting list in the hospital untill July . Our GP also didn’t mentioned it to us she just told to do it from hospital or privately . Thank you for letting us know . Going back to UK is not that easy . We may move to some other state later .

@@happinessaround127 perhaps where you are located may be limited with scanning facilities , I am not sure if it’s a small town , they may not be able to bulk bill everyone , hospitals doesn’t take scans early usually takes few weeks in my experience . Canberra is good in terms of jobs and salary but slightly above average living standards compared to Victoria which makes it more costly to live , the schools are pretty good here too Research each state and work conditions , nurses EBA before making moving plans , I am sure UK may be paying less but your leave entitlements may be better than what you have in Vic

@@ginavarghese1122once we start to work the annual leave gets add on as hours . Example every 2 weeks we get 10 hrs add on .It’s not like UK where we get the whole AL at the start of financial year . I hope u understood.

as far as i am aware its 14 weeks from employer and 18 weeks from centerlink , one of my Ausi friend told me this . i may be wrong just ask somebody else as well.

Nurses are not payed well in India and the respect which we get for our job is different from India .

Only in ICU , CCU you have 12 hr shift and all other wards are 8 hr shift and nights are 10 hr .

it depends on the hospital . Where i work they usually don't take staff with out ICU experience but I think ED you may be able to get job and later from there you can move to ICU .

@@manup.mathew5193almost all the dependents do Ubereats so we won’t get much orders . Uber drive is better than Uber eats .it’s regional area as well so it’s not that crowded area .
