🎒This time we enjoyed 40 hours of unique rooms on the longest ferry route in Japan.
I had heard that the unique "cross twin" room with two intersecting beds was very popular on the "Kitakami" of the Taiheiyo Ferry, and I finally got to experience it this time.
The fare was very reasonable for a twin room for 40 hours and 2 nights, and I think it was a very economical trip.
The concept of the "Kitakami" is SPACE TRAVEL, and the interior of the ship is decorated here and there to remind us of a spaceship, making it a very enjoyable ferry experience.
Originally, the "Kitakami" operated between Sendai and Tomakomai, but on the day I boarded, another ferry was in dock, so I was able to board from Nagoya.
Please be aware of this when considering boarding.
