Myself seen this product in 2006 during my time with Atkins Dubai.(Mainly used as exterior wall, sound insulation) 2” is used,,,suppose imagine outer wall is 8” , and the beam above is 6” thickness, so on inner face there will be 2” projection from beam inner face,,to make it flush inner face 2” block is used.. Cement mortar should mixed with gun,not manually,, also prior to plastering,,spatter dash coat is different compared to dash coat on solid blocks)

Great, Please included transport cost also, usually one labour can carry one or 2 blocks to upper floor , in case of AAC block he can carry 4 or 5. It will save transport cost to upper floor.

AAC BLOCKS Load bearing alla so more cost for columns.എന്നാൽ ഇന്ന് പൂർണ്ണമായും നിർമ്മാണത്തിനായി കോൺക്രീറ്റ് ഇന്റർലോക്കിംഗ് ഇഷ്ടികകൾ ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നു . ഇത് സിമന്റ്, മണൽ, 6 മില്ലീമീറ്റർ കല്ല് , വാട്ടർ പ്രൂഫ് എന്നിവ കൊണ്ടാണ് നിർമ്മിച്ചിരിക്കുന്നത്. ഇത് കോൺക്രീറ്റ് ആയതിനാൽ വെള്ളം നനഞ്ഞാലും പ്രശ്നങ്ങളൊന്നും തന്നെയില്ല. ചിതൽ വരില്ല , ഉറപ്പ് മണ്ണ് ഇഷ്ടികയെകൾ വളരെ കൂടുതൽ ആണ്. കോൺക്രീറ്റായതിനാൽ നേരിട്ട് സിമന്റ് പുട്ടി പ്ലാസ്റ്ററിംഗ് ചെയ്യാൻ സാധിക്കും , അതുവഴി പ്ലാസ്റ്ററിങ് വേണ്ടിവരുന്ന ഭീമമായ ചെലവ് പൂർണമായും ഒഴിവാക്കാം നമുക്ക് പൂർണതോതിൽ ഇതിൽ പുട്ടി ഫിനിഷ് ലഭിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു . പോയിന്റ് ചെയ്യുന്ന രീതി അനുസരിച്ച് പിന്നെയും ചിലവ് കുറക്കാം. Hello Ajay bro ഞങ്ങൾ ഇപ്പൊൾ താമസിക്കുന്ന വീടിൻ്റെ മുകളിലത്തെ നില AAC block കൊണ്ട് പണിയാൻ ആണ് ഉദ്ദേശിക്കുന്നത്. 20 വർഷം പഴക്കം ഉണ്ട് വീടിന്. ഇഷ്ടിക കൊണ്ടാണ് കെട്ടിയിരിക്കുന്നത്. മൂന്ന് നിലകൾക്കുള്ള basement ഉണ്ട് വീടിന്. Cost effective & eco friendly product ആയത് കൊണ്ടാണ് ഇത് ഞാൻ തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കാൻ കാരണം. Would you recommend AAC or interlock??

സുഹൃത്തേ...., കോസ്റ്റ് 30% കുറയില്ല. ഉദാഹരണം. വെട്ടുകല്ലു, size 13x9.5x7 ഇഞ്ച്, വില 50 രൂപ. രണ്ട്‌ കല്ല് = 26x9.5x7 , 100 രൂപ. വെട്ടുകല്ലുകൊണ്ടു രണ്ടുനില ബീം ഇല്ലാതെ ചെയ്യാം. ഇനി AAC, 24x8x8 വില 120 ( രണ്ടുനില ചെയ്യാൻ HD ബ്രിക്ക് വേണം വില 130 രൂപ) അപ്പോൾ ഒരു sqft നു AAC വില രൂപ 97.74, വെട്ടുകല്ലു ഒരു sqft രൂപ 58.14. ഇനി ജോയ്‌നിംഗ് മോർട്ടാർ, 40kg 750 രൂപ. 40 kg ബാഗ് കൊണ്ട് 60 കട്ട (8") കെട്ടാം, ഒന്നിന് ചിലവ് രൂപ 12.5. വെട്ടുകല്ലു കെട്ടുന്ന പരുക്കൻ ഒരു കട്ടക്ക് 4.5 രൂപ വരും അപ്പോൾ പരുക്കൻ കനം കിട്ടും, പശക്ക് കനം കിട്ടില്ല (3mm കിട്ടും) ഇനി പറയു... എവിടെ 30% ലാഭം...?

@@DrInterior ഞാൻ വയനാട് ആണ്, 7 കൊല്ലം മുൻപ് AAC ഉപയോഗിച്ചിരുന്നു. ഇപ്പോൾ ഒരു വർക്കിന് വേണ്ടി എസ്റ്റിമേറ്റ് ഇട്ടപ്പോൾ മനസിലായതാണ് മുൻ കമെന്റിൽ പറഞ്ഞത്
