nah. as long as the uber can provide good experience, i'm down with them. look at kanna. she comes from era of black powercreep but she still can find her true self among all anti-black meta. the problem with miku 16th can be easily corrected if the surge has more consistent area.

It's basically a Divine Lilin unit, an uber with fast attack rate but with inconsistent surge.

Imagine if she got an op tf that gave her: +25% dmg, +15% hp, lvl 3 surge, -45f from the atk time and a 4 seconds slow. If she got this, she would likely turn into an A tier unit which means that she would likely get none of this sadly.
