Dan is a product management, Lean Startup, and UX design consultant in addition to being a speaker and author of "The Lean Product Playbook: How to Innovate with Minimum Viable Products and Rapid Customer Feedback".

Hey Dan, Great talk. I too am an Electrical Engineer turned Product Manager after MBA. I work in the Industry 4.0 space. Thank you for this. The points are very relevant. P.S. Have ordered a hardcover version of Lean Product Playbook all way to India. Can't wait for it to arrive.

Hi Dan, I work as a Product Manager in the B2B Robotics space. I have to say, the points you brought up in this talk hit very close to home in terms of what I deal at work everyday. I absolutely enjoyed your explanations about each situation and the way to deal with them as a PM. I will take forward a lot of learning from this talk. Cheers!

Great presentation. Do you have additional considerations for product management in medical device industry? The product lifecycle typically takes 5-7 years and early phase usually focuses heavily on the solution space. How can product managers add value in the early phase?
