എല്ലാത്തിനും കുറ്റം കണ്ടുപിടിക്കാൻ കുറച്ചു ആളുകൾ ഉണ്ടാകും. അച്ചാ നല്ല കാര്യമാണ് ഇത്.അച്ചനെ ദൈവം അനുഗ്രഹിക്കട്ടെ 🙏❤️ ഞങ്ങളും വയസ്സ് ആകുകയാണ്.എനിക്കും ആഗ്രഹം ഇങ്ങനെ ഒരു സ്ഥാപനം ആണ്. കാരണം തനിയെ താമസിക്കുമ്പോൾ കള്ളൻമാരുടെ ശല്യം, പിന്നെ പിരിവുകാർ അങ്ങനെ ഒരുപാട് ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടുകൾ ഒഴിവാക്കാൻ കഴിയും.ഏറ്റവും വലിയ സന്തോഷം ആത്മീയ ജീവിതം നയിക്കാൻ പറ്റും.വല്ലപ്പോഴും വന്നു പോകുന്ന മക്കളെ നോക്കി വലിയ വീട്ടിൽ കാവൽക്കാർ ആയിരിക്കണ്ട, വീട് ക്ലീനിങ് , ആശുപത്രി, അങ്ങനെ ഉള്ള കാര്യങ്ങളിൽ നിന്നും നമുക്ക് ആശ്വാസം കിട്ടും.

I had a brief interaction with the concerned person on phone about a month back. The price of the flat they demand is Rs.8000/- per sq.ft. plus monthly maintenance charges with a lock-in period of 10 years (may be with their own conditions). I felt that this price is exorbitantly high considering that the property is not a freehold one and may be lease hold for limited period and also that only 80% of the cost is returnable after lock-in period. This seems a purely highly business enterprise.
