Many of your points are right on the money. The very minute a woman starts throwing the trust word around is the exact moment you can't trust her. For example, if a woman says she is pregnant and you tell her you want a DNA test, she then gets upset and starts talking about how you don't trust her. She is telling you she is worried about the results. Yes, I am speaking from experience. Yes, I had the DNA test done and no it was not my child. If you ask to look at her phone and she starts talking about you not trusting her, she is hiding something. My woman's phone is never locked. I can look at it at any time. She can look at my phone at any time. We hide nothing from each other. Don't fall for the "how dare you not trust me" game.

Two things regarding phones: 1) Don't waste time reading chats if there's a keyword search feature, most phones now have that. Just type in names or words you know her to use when it comes to sex and dating. 2) Almost every _Reddit_ cheating story I hear that comes from a spineless beta always has _"I felt guilty for snooping on her phone, but that's how I found the cheating"_ written into it. If you suspect she's cheating and _still_ feel bad about going through her phone, step back and look at your role in the relationship because you're pedestalizing her to think she wouldn't cheat.

When I caught my girl sneaking off with another guy while we were at a music fest, I asked to see her phone. She ran into a porta-potty in the dark and wiped her phone 😆 she would rather sit in an END OF THE DAY honeybucket for 10 mins deleting her shame than admit what she was up to. Divorced this past August, so I have limited recent dating experience. Here is what I have gleaned from Rich’s book and other content creators and my own recent experiences dating. 1. Just like Rich said in the video - slow down! Remember, women are not a scarce resource. If you have a scarcity mentality, you’re vulnerable to liars. Think with your rational man-brain and not your desperate lizard brain. All relationships are a gamble. Good gamblers understand the laws of probability, and they take steps to minimize their risks. If you run fast and furious into a relationship with a woman out of fear you’ll lose “the best thing that ever happened to you,” you’re about to get kicked in the nuts. If you take your time and listen, she will tell you what you need to know without realizing it. 2. Any person, woman or man, when interrogated is going to put forward the best version of themselves. Dating is a job interview. When you interrogate, expect to be lied to. If you approach her with a genuine curiosity about who she is as a person, she will be more likely to respond with answers that can help lead you to the truth about who she is. If you ask her questions to see if she’s a hoe, you’re going to discover she is a virgin. If you ask her questions to learn about who she is as a woman, she will tell you about past relationships and regrets etc. She will usually tell you enough for you to fill in the blanks. 3. It is not your job to protect her dignity and self-respect by accepting her past choices. Your job is the protect YOUR dignity and self-respect - and to do it without explanation or apology. She should never PERCEIVE you are judging her, but you should always be judging her. If the day comes where she divulges something from her past that violates your sense of dignity, walk away without apology. Hypergamy means she is always weighing and measuring you unconsciously against other men. You have the power to be intentional and methodical about your evaluations of her. Be intentional about protecting your dignity by listening and being aware. 4. Finally, LISTEN AND BE AWARE. Women are narcissistic by nature. That doesn’t mean they are bad, evil creatures. Hypergamy makes them inward-focused and self-value focused. It’s both a survival and mating strategy. For most women, this is unconscious behavior. That’s where rational, red pill men have the advantage. Women want to talk about themselves. They want to use as many words as possible to describe how they are the heroine of their own story. If you keep your wits, focus, and interpret, they will tell you the truths you want to know. If you’re in a relationship and have gotten to know her, you will sense cheating or lying not so much based on her behavior, but more so on changes to her dialogue. If she talks a lot about work and suddenly has little to say about it, something is going on. If she is fixated on a man at work - how wonderful he is or goes into detail about his intimate struggles and how she admires him for his overcoming, you need to investigate. She will either talk a lot about the dude, or suddenly she will have little to say about the thing that connects them when before she wouldn’t shut up about it. These changes in dialogue will probably be unconscious changes. Good luck, brothers.

My ex-wife was a liar. Never figured out if her behavior was pathological or compulsive. Her life was definitely more complicated than it needed to be, by her lies. Thankfully we didn't have any kids or buy property together. clean break and 16 years in my rearview mirror.

Behavior and intuition. 100%. I learned this the hard way with a woman I dated for a couple of years. Even after I caught her in her lies she doubled down on her denials. It took days of repeated conversations and giving her chances to come clean before she finally admitted some of it. Half-truths and saying things like "i wasn't trying to lie to you." Her adherence to her lies was pathological even after I busted her. I would have never suspected it from her. Trust your instincts fellas. If you think she is lying about other guys or something substantive then next her. After reflecting on this experience I'm sure what I found out about was only the tip of the iceberg.

Im a female and I 100% agree with everything you said. Literally all of my friends and bestfriends lie about how many guys they've been with even if they didn't sleep with them, they will lie that they never made out with the guy etc. Every new guy they talk to, they make them believe they are so pure. Its actually insane because girls even lie to their own girlfriends about their experiences let alone to the guy they are seeing. Also, definitely read a girls convo with her bff, you will get all the answers there lol. Guys on the otherhand loooove to lie about their success and I have seen that from personal experience, so many of my friends broke up with a guy because that guy lied about what he does for his career, how much money he has etc.

That last point is so true. When asked a question, I've heard countless women start by saying "Well, technically...." That is your cue right there that she's doing some hefty mental gymnastics to justify the disgusting lies she's about to tell you.

The key to spotting liars is first to not be one. Be honest, practice it daily, constantly move towards actions, reality, and your words having a smaller gap. The 2nd part is to listen openly and with the assumption that you are hearing truth. Your response should be driven with kindness, joy, humility, and gratitude. The liar will expose themselves fast as hell when this is done. Lastly, do their actions match. Good luck, and know you're/your love

#1 indicator for me is when I ask a simple direct question and get anything but a simple direct answer. Omission and misdirection are forms of deception. If they're willing to lie about the small things, you can be sure she'll lie about the big stuff. Try this: Set a baseline. Ask simple questions like "how long have you lived in this city?" Usually that's an easy question. Anything but a simple answer could indicate she is hiding a past she doesn't wanna share. That's not always a bad thing for you, but it establishes for you what she looks like, either when telling the truth, or NOT telling the truth.

I prefer to just reach for her phone. If she overreacts, I know what's up.

Yes!!! This is the type on content men need. It’s sad to say but they need a rundown of EXACTLY how women manipulate those around them. What it looks like sounds like. What verbiage, body language, tactics. (I would agree for him to not sit too strong of boundaries. So that you can see how she tries to treat you with those boundaries haven’t been set. You really get a good sense of how she WANTs to treat you. Rather then what she “has to.” Rich made a great point here speaking about really analyzing their day-to-day, what they do rather than what they claim to want. Also pay very close attention to how they give information about their past. For instance if it always seems like they are the victim/hero of a story and it always seems that they are in the best light possible. Men your deductive reasoning. Become a PRO at finding inconsistencies. Women use more words because it overwhelming on the mind. (It’s honestly really sad that let’s just say if a woman is going to be cheating that she would ever attempt to respond to a message while you’re sitting right there. That just shows you how little respect they have for you. It shouldn’t even have to be some cheating scenario she should give you her full attention well together. Perhaps a glance to make sure it’s nothing urgent but I would not say it should go further than that. -> that goes for the entire length of the relationship by the way not just the beginning when she’s trying to manipulate you. Another great tactic to help uncover truths or what your woman is willing to do is when you’re given information such as Rich described you give them an opportunity to lie. Meaning you already know the correct answer and you’re just seeing if they’re willing to lie about the situation. I would not say that the phone is an end all be all. Perhaps in this scenario where it was locked so they don’t feel the need to hide anything but y’all should be able to go in and out of each others phones at any time in my personal opinion. Secondly it really doesn’t take much to have a Hidden app, delete apps on/off of phones or just delete the messages entirely. It’s still extremely easy to hide those activities while allowing a man to have full access to your phone. Good chance most women are going to try to shame you in this moment, call you insecure or make the claim that you don’t trust her and you guys can’t build a relationship without trust. (The EXACT thing you’re trying to do -> Establish trust) On taking birth control. Never I repeat never trust a woman that says she’s on birth control. All the woman needs to do is take it three hours different time than the day before and you can have an accidental pregnancy. She doesn’t even need to lie about being on birth control she can just have overslept one day. No you can’t just take two that day or take one later. IT DOES NOT WORK LIKE THAT. I’m sorry to say this but it’s a fact, do not ever have unprotected relations with a woman unless you are ready to make a child. That is the only way to keep yourself safe outside of having a vasectomy. Honestly that’s not even 100% my brother after 10 years had his connecting tube regrow in still got a girl pregnant. I would even say if you’re married still don’t trust her. I reiterate unless YOU ARE ready for a baby do -> NOT.

Yes. Words are important to take a note of. Had a girl saying: Oh you're just like my father, always trying to "dominate people with facts". I was blown away, saiid: You mean, I use truth and logical thinking instead of manipulating them with lies and deceit? That is somehow bad? I knew what kind of person she was, was always bending reality of the events into her favor, shifting blame and never taking accountability. But it was interesting how she saw it from her perspective. Being called out with the truth was so hurtful that she felt "controlled" (but wanted it to seem like everybody else has issues with that as well) and it was far worse than elaborating lies constantly.

I had a business that started to crumble around the same time my marriage was failing, with young children, and a year later meeting a single mom of two boys that has been an interesting ride to say the least. That story sounds familiar to mine. Back in the day I was engaged to a girl, and I knew she still had a thing for her ex, he was or his family was extremely wealthy. She had a thing for him but he bailed on her and married some other woman. So me and this ex were together and she brought him up alot and it got me thinking that something may be up. When you said go to her and her best friends conversation to find out the truth that is what i did but in a different way, but got the same result. Back then we didnt have ways to text yet, no cell phones like we have today, however I tapped the landline and had a wire in one ear and we just moved in this apartment together so i was in our room pretending to do paper work with the wire in my right ear and the wall was on my right so she couldnt see it.. Well she came in the room every 30 seconds or so to see what i was doing and she was talking to her sister. I was listening to the whole conversation and they finally got onthe subject of her ex and she mentioned to her sister that she saw him when her and her girlfriends were out and her sister asked if she did anything with him and she said she only kissed him but wanted to do more. Thats all it took I didnt wanna tell her what i heard but i lost control and told her to get out and she had no reason to know what i was talking about, but i spilled the beans that i had wired her phone and she cried and I was just pissed and started eating speghetti and meatballs, and she was crying saying "How can you eat right now" Which to this day still makes me laugh.. but yea she tried to deny it and was caught red handed.. She looked me in the eyes and said she didnt see him blablabla or do anything.. it was over but we still banged for a few yrs off and on.. You nailed it though, def look to her best friend or what ever person shes closest too for that info and youll find it

The thing is that even if someone speaks his mind or his “truth”, often they will change their mind based on what they feel. This is true very often with women. So even if they dont lie on something there is still a chance she will change her mind because this and that. I dont judge it, especially in today’s age things are going very fast and every is due to change. You simply cant put a lot of faith into someone’s words and just focus on your power of things…

If she's not open: If she guarded or defensive when you ask her a common question. If you're on a need to know basis about what's going on in her life. When she's going places and doing things with people and you don't know anything about it. It's trouble. If you don't get along with her family or friends she can use them as cover.

If she hands over her phone, acting calm and collected, guaranteed she has a second phone somewhere. My ex would say she had nothing to hide as she handed it to me. (Yup, not on that phone). Check her phone bills and pay for online background checks. Google her name and see what shows up. I found 3 phone numbers she never mentioned me, that were still active. If she acts defensive, somethings up. The truth doesn’t need defended because it stands, unwavering, on its own. Lies need remembered, soo once she’s told her side of the story in order, ask her to repeat the questionable sequence of events in reverse order.
