This is 100% true. My ex and me were both super sexual together for 7 years, 10 times a week spicy time MINIMUM, and when she moved in, this number dropped to a lazy effort 1 per week. After 2 months the only way she would be OK with spicytime is if I impregnated her. My friend was in a civil case with his ex because they moved into a lake property that he'd inherited from his grandpa. After living there for a year with him, she wanted half the equity after the breakup. She "contributed" to the property by decorating and cleaning. She never won, but the litigation went on for more than a year. Don't give a mouse a cookie, fellas.

I'm a retired doctor that is straight, and never married. I lived with a couple of good women, but ended both relationships after a few years. My dating years were amazing for decades. A rich, successful male patient of mine asked me " Doc. You never got married? I replied " No. I guess I haven't found the right one. " He replied " What made you so damn smart?" I was speechless. He replied "Don't change anything Doc." I never did. This video helps me maintain my perspective. 3 day weekends or short trips are great, to different surprise places, then back to my separate life and bed. Better peace of mind, and no problem saying " No."

Its nothing to do with being smart, men instinctively know when something doesnt benefit them but they still stupidly involve themselves with women because of the fear of being alone or something stupid like that or they think it gives them access to continued sex when sex can be had with many women . The secret is to be comfortable in your own skin without a woman, if a woman doesnt add value to your already contended life then why add her to it ? I was married for 14 years and I was only happy for the first year. Im 58 now single financially secure and have never been happier. If i want sex i rent, its cheaper and you get to choose which one you fancy for that moment. variety is the spice of life.

100 % Absolutely right My ex moved in to my house with her kids after the lease on her rented house came to an end. After 2 years of living apart in our own homes I thought I knew her well enough to live with her. I WAS VERY WRONG. I have made just a short list of MANY of her behaviours which I didn't expect at all (Because I didn't think she was like this as I THOUGHT I KNEW her: 1. I didn't realise how co- dependent & 'entitled' she was. Even though she constantly was going on about how a "Strong Independent woman" she was. Absolute hypocrite. 2. I didn't realise how bad she was with money management & budgeting. 3. She was always broke 2 weeks before her next pay day & came to me for money - Even for her kids bus fare, lunch money or school clothes. (I would lend her the money for the kids school clothes or school trips but she NEVER paid it back) 4. She used emotional blackmail saying things like: 'Well you are my partner & you love me don't you? Men are 'supposed to' support the women they love". 5. She became very defiant & argumentative. -If I tried to calmly & quietly to give her any advice or my opinion on topics or situations she was stuck with which SHE brought up, "I was "Patronising her". 6. She would blow up over the slightest little thing & cause an argument over it(Crying over spilt milk) if I didn't argue back or if I walked away she would get even more aggressive. 7. I would come home from work & there would be strangers in my house without her asking me first She said things like "Oh, I just thought you would be ok with Sarah from work coming over & staying for dinner" (Whaaat??!!) 8. We had a very short brief conversation one day in whether we should have wood flooring or carpets which we both agreed to have a think about & discuss again later. One day I came home from work & she had pulled ALL the carpets out of EVERY room of the house & thrown them all over the back lawn. 9. I bought her a decent used car for her birthday & surprised her with a massive ribbon on it, balloons the whole works. I paid the full year road tax, her insurance & i serviced it for her myself. I told her the next year when her road tax & insurance expired it was her responsibility to renew it. When next year came around she came to me to cover all the costs. Suprise, Suprise. 10. Her (Trainwreck) friend would call her very late at night & spend an hour complaining about men & she would complain to her about me. 11. She stopped giving me any affection & would spend hours at night on her phone. If I came home after a long weekend with my mates after missing her & expecting to walk through the door for her to greet me with open arms & a hug or a cuddle , I never got it. 12. THIS IS THE POINT YOU MISSED RICH. HER BAD HABITS. When you live with a woman for a while & they become comfortable with you, all the nasty habits are revealed. - I would be relaxing in the bath after a long day of dirt biking & she would walk in sit on the pan & take a sh1t. - Whether it was on the sofa or in bed she would fart. Even loud raspy wet farts. - She snored like a Rhino. After calmly discussing it with her & suggest getting a special pillow or even enhaling Vicks before bed, she never did. - Morning breath & seeing all the spots & greasy skin without her makeup -She would bite & pick her nails whist we were watching our favourite T.V shows or films together. -When I had to use her car & she knew I had to use it the fuel tank was always emptying. She would even drive to work in a morning to drop kids off at school with the fuel light on. -Especially during winter, instead of doing one load of washing, hanging it up letting it dry then putting it away, She would put continuous loads of washing in the washing machine, so we had wet washing hung every where in the house all over the place. My mates would come round & say ..."What the f**k?!" I was so miserable & stressed out with it all that after finishing work I would park up in a quiet spot for an hour because I didn't want to go home as just never knew what I would be walking into. ....And that is just part of it. NEVER, EVER LIVE WITH A WOMAN. Live apart, always see her looking her best & having her best attitude & having her best manners for you. PEACE OUT ✊🙏🤟

Exactly right, 100%. Never, ever live with a woman. All the mystery and desire begins to leak out of the relationship the moment you move in together. Everything begins to get far too familiar and stagnant, small things become hugely annoying. You need to live apart, you need to miss each other so that you look forward the time you spend together. Worst thing I ever did was move in with my ex. I still believe that if we’d never moved in together, we would probably still be together. I’ll never, ever live with a woman ever again, even if I absolutely love her to bits. I learned the lesson.

@@steelstreet3765 isn’t ending it and wrapping it up the same thing? Long distance relationships can and do work for many couples. For a relationship to work, it needs a few fundamental elements: 1. Interest in each other. 2. Boundaries set early and clearly, and agreed to. 3. Honesty with each other [as soon as you start to transgress the boundaries and hide the transgressions, that's the beginning of the end - and while the initial transgression can often be forgiven, hiding it and indulging it leads to the unforgivable, breaking the relationship]. 4. Continuing to create the relationship. This is making time for each other as well as working towards common goals. Been with the same woman 31 years now, 25 married, and we still very much enjoy each other's company and look forwards to seeing each other. She's the type to go out of her way to bring me lunch even though I'm at a work site an hour away, just to see me for 15 minutes. Why is she still like this? Because she puts in the work in the points I outlined above. Most women leave things on automatic at best, transgress at worst. Add to that financial incentives by the State, at the expense of the husband, and that's why women overall are unreliable as companions - and why marriage breakups are the norm. Edited to fix mobile misspellings...

Living with a woman is the most difficult thing I’ve ever done in my life and I’ve been in the military during 3 conflicts and that was easier to handle. My ex wife started to gain weight immediately after our marriage. Then the sex dried up like the Sahara desert and the relationship became argumentative and toxic. The same exact thing happened with my 2 ex girlfriends. first comes the weight gain, sex dries up, relationship becomes boring and monotonous then the toxic arguments. it's better to live alone and spend time with a woman for sex from time to time.

Great video. The Court of Appeal for Ontario case Rich referred to in this video is Climans v. Latner, 2020 ONCA 554 (CanLII). The court held that partners in a committed relationship can still be considered spouses under Ontario law, even though they maintain separate households throughout their entire relationship. A few of the facts that got the guy tripped up in this case: a) they exchanged “commitment” rings, b) they celebrated their anniversary every year, c) there was an expectation that she was always available to him, d) the economic dependency she had on him (that he helped create) from almost the beginning of the relationship. Within one month of meeting, she quit her job to be with him. He then started to cover her expenses, support her children from a previous marriage, and he gave her a monthly allowance. This case should be a lesson to everyone in Canada considering cohabitation and/or financially supporting their significant other.

Cases like this teach men not to get involved with women, if only to protect themselves. Video is spot on! Had a 'perfect' relationship for one year, then the girl moves in (to the home I bought before we met and paid the mortgage 100% before/after meeting) and it went downhill for ALL of the reasons you mentioned: she started changing/moving items around the house, getting pissed at me for inconsequential things like leaving my shoes near the front door instead of on the shoe rack, and wanting me to refer to the house as 'ours' and not 'mine'. Just a nightmare.

I lived with a woman twice and it was the worst mistakes I’ve made in life. Lost a ton of money trying to make them happy and was a prisoner of my own space. I couldn’t even walk upstairs to use the lav without being questioned. Once they started questioning me about what time I came home from work.; I normally would get home around 11:15is and if I came in at 11:23p I was asked where was I. I got out of those situations fast and never rue we back.

Accurate video. Tried it twice, NEVER EVER AGAIN: women dramatically negatively change. They get extremely demanding, entitled, and the sex disappears or becomes less enthusiastic. And seriously open yourself up to false DV or raison allegations, which means PRISON, CAREER RUIN, etc.

Rich referred to the study a few times in regards to the intense romantic feelings lasting in only 13% of couples after 3 years. Frankly, I am surprised it is even that high! I the book “the five love languages”, one of the most profound things I learned was that on average, this feeling only lasts about 18 months, but this love is taken over by a deeper love that happens in a maturing relationship. What we are seeing nowadays is the manifestation of a society that is incredibly shallow and selfish that seems incapable of providing the sacrificial type of love we need to have to maintain a long term relationship. People at that point are doomed to be in an endless cycle of seeking a relationship”high” until in wears off and they need their next fix!

If you are selfish and shallow please don't get married and don't shack up with someone. If you want a Family (kids) If you are some one who can put others before your self then get married. My husband and I married 31 years ago we had kids , went through very hard times together and got through them together. Our life was not a fairytale we fought and still fight about things because we are both very bullheaded . But we love each other and will stay together until death parts us. My husband doesn't lke being away from me for very long. We both work at home and if we don't talk much because we are busy he tells me that he mised me that day because he didn't get to talk to me.

Eventually, she will realize that she cannot change or control you (or the things you do, or have) and she will begin to resent that, and she will start to get angry at you, and eventually that anger will break up your relationship. Rich... I dig you. Really. I think there's a lot of truth in what you're saying, especially if you have adult kids. But I'm wondering if the DISGUST problem doesn't go deeper than living together vs not... Men are promiscuous by nature - especially the ones who are successful at it. Particularly if they're successful with the most desirable women. Women are "betafying" by nature. Especially with men who permit that. I mean "by nature" quite literally. There is almost no intervention or plan or contrivance I know of that can guarantee that this tension doesn't exist between male and female nature - and somehow or another even that I think is "by nature." As I see it, nature is indifferent to what might be most "emotionally" comfortable for us, male or female. Nature's only goal is propagation and the success of the species, our feelings be damned... except for those feelings, (at the beginning), which insure the above by driving us to have sex and be together as much as possible. 8 years sounds about right for that and early child rearing, after which... For later in life, you may be right. But that BETAFYING tendency in females is incredibly powerful; in every way a match for the male's bottomless desire to make it with every good-looking woman we see in passing. Anyway, these were some of my thoughts - all the best 👌

I can only speak for myself and I believe the "golden rule" is missing from so many lives here! I will take the things these men are saying into consideration when deciding if I want to live with a man again. My marriage was very blessed and I'm wondering if people aren't living Christ centered lives anymore. Treat others the way you want to be treated, is a concept that feels forgotten in these comments. I'm so sorry that divorce is so hard and unfair on men and I don't have any experience with this it's just my observation in dating divorced men. I want to remarry someday but the man needs to love Christ Jesus first and foremost as I do. God help us if we learn to live alone and selfish the rest of our days forgetting that to love another is "to will the good of the other" to help each other become better humans daily.

We never shared a bathroom or bedroom for sleeping. It was wonderful for both of us. He was an oil field fluids engineer, so gone weeks at a time. So it was always exciting and we were able to miss each other on a regular basis. I had rental properties to manage. After 11 years I loved him far more and appreciated him more as the years go by. It scares the hell out of me to think of a full time joined at the hip living together situation. Anyway this guy tells it like it is and makes sense.

Rich is right. The genuine burning desire is maintained when the couple does not live together. I’ve been with my BF in a long term relationship and we live in our own houses. Due to work and his kids, we have a routine schedule of when we see each other and it has been working out well. We text and talk everyday but we give each other space which actually makes us miss each other and bc we miss each other, passion stays alive.

In my opinion you're right about most of what you said and wrong about the topic of the video. The point is to meet all the expectations you're laying out, but there's absolutely no reason that living together will sabotage the relationship. I feel at a certain point it will 100% be expected and if it doesn't happen, that itself will also sabotage the bond and relationship. You bring up great points, but if you can't live with another person and keep the chemistry alive.... then, that's a fault of your own. There's plenty of happy marriages that are life long.

As a woman, I agree with this content. I was married at the very young age of 21 and was with my ex-husband for 23 years. As I grew into a more mature woman, I realized that I wanted my own space and didn’t want to always be with my husband in the raw. Unfortunately, he had no friends outside of our home or extracurricular hobbies to keep him busy without me. I believe this was a consequence of him, being much older than I. I remember, a few years before our divorce, I asked for separate bedrooms, and he declined. He said if he wanted an empty bed, he wouldn’t have gotten married. Now, that I am 47 years old, I will never live with a man again unless I have my own bedroom and bathroom. There needs to be a separation with your romantic lover, so that mystery and desire stays alive. I haven’t dipped into the dating pool yet, but I’m in no hurry. It’s scary out here.

I think not living together keeps the passion alive. Like seeing a friend once a week whose company you miss. It allows for some build up of sexual energy as well. The day of meeting creates a sense of yearning for each other. By never giving the woman a live in situation, you constantly keep her in a state of wanting more. This can be tricky, but smooth words can ease her tension. Once she experiences how passionate it is, she will accept the situation.

Attraction grows in space. She has to have time to think about you, wonder, fantasize, ruminate, butterflies fluttering, anxiety building and building until she can’t wait to see you. As long as you keep an aura of mystery about yourself and keep a healthy amount of distance in the relationship, you will keep those butterflies fluttering in her gut. That’s crucial. You cannot bore women. This is why situationships are a thing with modern women. They’re addicted to the anxiety and uncertainty. @@Lea-hs4st Oh idk. I was saying in Situationships, women will get ignored for a week or however long and be obsessive the whole time.. And yeah, it should be obvious that he’s not interested if he leaves you on “read” for a week, but apparently it’s not so obvious to many women. Women like this are not healthy minded. They’re probably mentally ill or personality disordered or something. I have a theory, the reason these types of women never see the blatant red flags and obvious signs of being used for sex, isn’t because they’re dumb or naive or being tricked. It’s because they have some kind of trauma or baggage from childhood that distorts their perception of these things. What does that mean? Usually, if you’re around someone who gives you bad vibes, like you can tell they have an ulterior motive or that something is just off with them? It’s like a gut feeling, almost like an anxious uneasy feeling in the gut. Well, these women feel that too, but they misinterpret that feeling for butterflies, or that “spark”. Same with blatant red flags. You see red flags, it’s associated with similar feeling in the gut, right? Anxious uneasy feeling. She sees red flags and feels… 🦋🦋🦋 Despite logically knowing that those are red flags, she “trusts her gut” Now, some women will just be hardheaded and keep choosing fuckbois until they finally grow up, but the ones who are trapped in this cycle and who seem to have no insight at all, it’s because something is wrong upstairs. Now, that’s just my theory. Not that you asked, you’re welcome anyway. 😂 If you have friends like this, share it. Tell them to trust their brain not their gut.

@@nenagebhard4729 thats an opinion. Nothing wrong with an opinion but factual information needs to be the foundation of forming one. Otherwise is would be just feelings and emotions without solid ground.

Long time ago, a Nat Geographic show on TV, or somekind of anthropology documentary, this was back in the 70s, showed a tribe in Africa where after marriage, the wife stayed with her family and the man continued to live with his family. For sex, the man would visit his wife's family and basically ask her for a date. When I saw this, I thought it was terrible, but after 2 marriages and finally learning of red pill, I realize that this tribe had a pretty good system.

Great video, the way I handle this is that I allow my fiance, soon to be wife to live with me, but I have chosen a career path that has me on the road at least a few days a month if not more. I send her pictures and videos of me my coworkers (some females younger than her) having a great time at company events. I find this generates enormous competition anxiety that she tries to hide. When I get home, she is completely focused on me, she does her best to give me great sex and she does not nag me at all. I am totally faithful to her and she is reassured of that but I allow in just enough doubt into her mind for her to understand that she needs to stay competitive. Does this plan have lots of faults and traps? probably, but it works for me and provides and alternative to simply not living with your LTR of spouse. great video Rich, I loved unplugged Alpha. Keep up the great work.

Just got out of a marraige in 2020 that ended up with a lot of deception. However, i got 50/50 custody and am past the statue of limitations and am doing financially beter and in a new house while she lives with her parents. I will not go through that again, but I admit its a challenge being a single father of 1 little boy and two pre teen girls. Dating in the 2020's is much, much diffrent than the late 90's/ early 2000's.

A tip for those already shacked up. REST IN DIFFERENT ROOMS. Giving you your own personal space so she doesn’t have to always be under you, you can enjoy your solitude and she can build desire through not being next to you every second.
