Summary 10 Everyday Hacks: 1. Wear tailored shirts. You worked to have a good looking body, it deserves clothes that fit it properly. ''Always dress a little bit better than what the occasion calls for''. 2. Use a wrist sleep monitor. Monitor your blood oxygen levels while you're sleeping. It's important to keep high oxygen saturation (over 95%) while sleeping. 3. Use an arm blaster for better biceps training. 4. Take needed supplements. Vitamin D (very important, beneficial for Testosterone levels, immune system, energy levels), Vitamin K (also very important, needed especially when taking vitamin D supplements), quality testosterone boosters (Tribulus, Tongkat ali, Chrysin, DIM). - Personal interjection: Ginger is believed to be beneficial to maintain high testosterone levels, try to add that to your meals. - 5. Avoid sources of Estrogen: soy, tap water, birth control for women, toiletries with endocrine disrupters (as a rule of thumb, go for more natural toiletries, avoid those with a lot of chemicals, for instance avoid soaps laden with long un-pronounceable chemicals in it, use hand made soaps prepared with natural cleansers), sun creams (same as toiletries), food covered in plastics. - Personal interjection: Also avoid factory meat, go for more organic, grass fed meat instead, it's more expensive but much better for your health. Animals in those meat factories are fed a bunch of growth hormones that will fuck your endocrine system. Organic vegetables are also much better if you can get them. - 6. Blood labs. Especially as you get older, but even after the age 25-30, get a general blood lab once a year. 7. Use your phone to create, not to consume. Silence notifications from social media. 8. Train for wider shoulders, narrow waist. Best ratio: 1.6 (it can be higher, but not lower). 9. Stop taking advice (or criticism) from people you wouldn't want to trade places with. Simple as that. I don't know how I missed the 10th one, most likely I accidently merged 2 of them into one. If you know where I messed up, let me know and I'll edit.

My experience with sleep apnea and snoring is that it all comes down to what you eat. When I eat alot, the wrong stuff and late, I snore like mad, dont sleep right and wake up with a dry mouth. The wrong food is basically everything with too much carbs. Pizza, noodles, bread, potatoes. The right stuff is meat and low carb veggies. I can stop my snoring completely by only eating the right food for a few days. Then have a couple of beers and it all comes back. I can even feel it clocking up my nose. Everything fine now but two beers later breathing gets heavier. I encourage everyone to test what works for you. A little change in diet might do the trick.
@Christopherbever

This might have to do with insulin resistance, I noticed the same thing and started tracking blood sugar with a continuous glucose monitor and correlated the snoring and bad foods

Spot on about custom shirts. A few years ago I switched to custom. 5x the cost of off the rack, BUT 10x the durability, look, feel and compliments from others. My whole life I hated to dress up, but now I look forward to it and my confidence goes through the roof. Turns out I just bought shitty cloths. So my advice is to buy 2 custom shirts every two months for a year and you will thank me.
@edwardwehr1358
@edwardwehr1358 2 жыл бұрын
True, but you can also just buy off the rack and let your tailor change it to custom fit. Should be cheaper than custom fit and look and feel similar.
@jinden33
@jinden33 2 жыл бұрын
@@edwardwehr1358 Absolutely, you are correct. The one thing I will point out is that with cutom clothing, you get to choose from FAR superior fabrics. I am amazed at how long and how resiliant my custom shirts have been for me. I would urge you to give custom shirts (and the better fabrics) a try. Also, I actually enjoyed the process of being treated well by my tailor. I was not used to someone asking me what I liked and then I had to admit I didn't know what I liked because I had never been to a tailor. He did not treat me like an I was an idiot, he took the time to teach me about what my options were and what looked good together. He was a real gentlemen and now I try to pass on the things he taught me. Give it a try, just start with some plain white shirts you could wear with anything. You will thank me.

@John Grigg Some folks tend to be a little dramatic or they live in Johannesburg, Durban or Pretoria where crime is crazy. Cape Town is one of the safest cities in South Africa, specifically if you stick to the tourist areas and don’t get drunk and reckless in town at night. Best time to visit is Dec-March. Beaches are the best in the world, hiking and surfing are amazing too. Lots of fantastic hotels and restaurants. It’s also a great value holiday for US and European tourists.

Good suggestion the oxygen level measurement. I find that endurance sport (I'm an amateur cyclist) is very good to keep blood oxygen high. I feel less tired now, with 15 to 20 hrs/week of endurance training, then before, when I was not fit!

Want optimal health for longevity? Yes, you need better movements, better nutrition, and better sleep. Stress management is important and monitoring your oxygen and heart rate is important. I have a monitor, but it's more like what a nurse puts on your finger at a clinic/hospital to check your heart rate. 98-99% is what you wanna see, even after any stresses like exercise, feeding, walking etc

I don’t know if you’ll see this but that whole breathing through your nose is HUGE - make of it what you will but there’s a lot of argument about it affecting bone structure in the face as you grow (the whole wide jaw because of testosterone is backwards I believe - test is probably better BECAUSE of better facial structure / breathing as you grow up). Watch “Growing your face - Dr Mike Mew” and others around this - very insightful! Mines grown relatively well but I Wish the adults around me knew this when I was a child.

A, D, E, K.. For optimum calcium usage u not only need D and K, u need Magnesium. Guess what. You need sodium as well. Low salt, high carb low fat and low cholesterol food pyramid is the biggest scam of all time. Cholesterol is the base of vit D (which is made when you get sunlight), your liver makes over 70% of all the cholesterol in the body. The reason carbs (sugar) is the issue is it damages cholesterol in the body and makes it toxic. It also messes up proteins.. a process called glycation if Im correct. man.. its a deep topic..

@@livestock9722 I have another approach question and it keeps happening to me. I have been dressing well and working out, when I go out to socialize I have women approach me in flirty ways yet quick they often challenge my masculinity and my sexuality. I'm a veteran and retired cop, I've been unwavering heterosexual all my life. Why do women do this? Because I dress well, practice good grooming, smell good and I'm well spoken? Do guys who dress like slops and never wash their face have this problem?
@darren2329
@darren2329 2 жыл бұрын
@@JR-hq1pp Haha, hard to say, bro. Just to randomly chime in...I'd imagine if most other guys in your area (or where you're going out) are a little rough & you're ultra clean, groomed, & well spoken, you'll stand out & yeah, maybe sometimes the ladies could question it. This won't fully explain it, but because it sounds like the girls are attracted to you, sometimes that can just be part of the game, the push/pull part of the flirting, checking to see if this attractive guy gets his feathers ruffled like a beta male or if you're secure with who you are (and just happen to be a strong alpha male who looks after himself better than the slobs around him). They could also legitimately be wondering if they're barking up the wrong tree. Again, if they're attracted to you, they might just be thinking, Hold on, is this guy even straight? He is pretty well groomed. ..This happens a lot when guys sort of overdo it with the grooming & fashion, looking like you spent more time getting ready than they did! ...Ultimately you'd do well to hang around guys who are more skilled & experienced at picking up women & see what feedback they give you, since they'd be able to pick up on any undermining vibes you're putting out there. You might not even need to ask them, as just watching guys consistently succeed right in front of you can teach you what you're doing wrong. Good luck!

@@JR-hq1pp Darren had some good points there to ruminate on. From my experience out at clubs and bars in the days before I was deemed a leper and threat to society (like Rich), I noticed that there was little variation between how a well dressed, fit masculine gay guy looks relative to a well dressed, fit heterosexual man's appearance. It very well could be, "he looks too good to be true, probably gay" going through their head? Women also have the uncanny ability to sense weaknesses or even past weakness. If she is able to get you off centre over a little challenge of sexuality, she will bounce. There are so many fake/posing alphas out there, women (especially the more attractive ones) will try to get under your skin ASAP as part of their vetting process. Betas lose their $hit, alphas just don't give a $hit. Keep looking sharp my friend.

I look good for my age, go to the gym and think of myself as a catch. I need your advice. I don’t want to put details in the public eye but I’ve hit a significant point in my life that I need to make a choice and I don’t know what to do. Please reach out to me so I can contact you offline. You are the first person I thought of when I had an introspective moment and would cherish your guidance.

Rich looks like he smells good in this vid. Anyway, what are some views on a woman dating a single dad of like 2 or 3 kids? I know the stance the other way, but any guys have any thoughts on this?

Do you want your own family? Raise your own kids? If so, can he provide for those extra kids? Would he want those extra kids? If the answer is no, then move on. Is he the best your looks can attract? Are you going to be satisfied with him long term? If so, then start your family. Don't let him make you wait and waste your good breeding years on a situationship. Get yourself a husband while you can and breed healthy children.

I wear a CPAP every night. Highly recommend getting checked for sleep. As we get older, you're more likely to snore and occlude airway during sleep. Do a simple test if you have a significant other. Ask him or her do they think you stop breathing while snoring or otherwise. If they say yes. Explain to your physician. Have them order a sleep study.

I enjoy your videos and comments. Here is what i like and dont like: like: you encourage a “guy” community; there is not enough of that, big time. Second you push guys to be all they can be. That is individual and that means individual responsibility. Love all of that! What I dont like: the message is too traditional and at times misogynistic. But respect the differences.

53:24 "I would take a look at things like Finasteride, which, in some guys cause s3xual dysfunctions. You don't want that." Supposedly the reason why Finasteride causes s3xual side effects is because people are overdosing on it. Back when it first came out, they were pushing 5mg a day, every single day. We've since learned that if you only take 1mg three times a week, it's more safe and supposedly still works just as well. ((EDIT: And yet, a man has replied to this very comment with his story, that even small doses can still wreck some men. Russian Roulette!)) This 1mg-every-three-days finding is according to two hair loss specialists from a channel called The Hair Loss Show, in their video titled Side Effects of Finasteride. If you have lots of money to throw around, you can also use the topical Finasteride, which studies have shown to not have the nasty side effects below the belt.

Not true. I started out with 1.25 mg a day and the side effects are still felt to this day.

@@Brian626 Oh really. That's tragic to learn! The specialists in the video were recommending just 1mg every couple of days, no more and no more often. Scary to think that even small doses can cause trouble for people. How long were you taking it before the side effects started happening?

@@psiga within days. And this was ten years ago back around 2011 I've been improving lately but these side effects might never be fully recovered from and they are stubborn beyond belief. I wouldn't wish this on any man. Brothers, beware.

@@Brian626 Holy damn, dude. I am very sorry to hear it. Statistics claim that most people return to normalcy over time, but that about 1 in 1000 do NOT. I guess you are "special" in exactly the way no man wants to be. :\ Again, sorry to hear it. I'm glad that you chimed in here, though, and I'll be mindful about recommending it to anyone else in the future.

@@psiga yes, there's actually communities of men who gather to discuss this very topic online, there's more of us than you think and it's not pretty. I started getting morning wood for the first time in ten years b.c. I've been exercising like mad despite having no energy and fasting aggressively. I also did a major dopamine detox. Those three things brought me back from the brink but even then I'm probably barely half the man I used to be in the lower department. I actually always take lower than the recommended dosage so I took my 5 mg pills and cut them four ways, took one quarter a day.

As of right now, Kentucky does not have common law marriage so that means if you live with a girl and don’t get married to her on purpose, the state won’t deem you as married and if it’s one of the best states for fathers that sounds like a winner to me
