​@@Acoz0rKirill Bunin and his two companions were arrested on June 25, 2022 after conflict with two police officers from special anti-drug unit GROM (Thunder). Police officers dressed in strange uniforms that looked more like fishermen than officers tried to park a civilian car without special signals and markings on the sidewalk near Tanuki (sushi bar). The period of detention before trial can be extended for up to 12 months, according to Russia's Criminal Procedure Code, if a court permits. On May 24, 2023, the trial began, but that day only accepted an extension of custody for the duration of the trial. The prosecutor asked for 3 months only, but Judge Kostrikina extends for 6 months.

@@gagamba9198 well right they do it in the states and europe as well, because that argument is used as a shield to protect them from the consequences of the crimes they commit. He is clearly not an ethnic russian, so i was curious to what "discriminated nationality" he is trying to align himself with.

All I can say is that he has a Caucasian accent. But it is difficult to say exactly which people of the Caucasus belongs to.

From what I understand, it has to have some level of clearance to allow emergency vehicles and cleaning vehicles through. I could be wrong though.

@@TheBaldEagle even automatic ones take some time until it's fully retracted, and as those wide sidewalks are a "must" to bypass traffic at their big cities, they have to go through many sidewalks along their way, so they'd just lose too much time

@@postsposts7989 You make it sound like it is a unique problem that no other city on earth ever found a solution for. Removeable bollards can be pushed by a firetruck or ambulance and would give way in case of an emergency. The can then just be re-erected by hand into the default position. Semi spheres are also widely used around the City and can be rolled over in case of an emergency. Every major western City is using small-cabin-cleaning machines that pass through the bollards. These solutions you are fighting so hard against are all working but are simply not executed. The Citizens do not Organize in groups as this is not their mentality to group and and fight for an improvement of their local area. It is always someones else job. The solutions are existing and working well in every major city.

There are always excuses is it because I'm this or that race is it because I'm a girl or poor or ginger or wearing blue pants. People would grab on anything to make themselves look victimized to flip the argument and avoid being ostracized for the actual reason.
