Enya: Caribbean Blue (Piano Cover)

I have covered this song a few times over the years, but I have not done recent version - so this is the "2022" update. (It's been 10 years!)
I decided to add another dimension to the track by creating a synth track (Juno-X) using my new synth. I am confident that Enya used the Roland Juno-60 on this track (one of several synths), and the Juno-X that I own has presets that come from that original Juno-60.
Hopefully its not too over-baring
Track 1: Nord Piano 4 (Grand Piano 3D)
Track 2: Logic Pro Electric Piano (Chorused)
Track 3: Roland Juno-X ("Pizzicato 1") - aka JUNO-60 (1982)

Hi, yes - I am just uploading an updated version now. This might not be exactly what you would like, but the purpose of the 2nd version that I am uploading is to highlight the arp (pizzicato) and for this I lowered the piano volume and increased the synth volume. It should appear online hopefully within the hour.

This is not an easy song, and it's difficult to capture its spirit with only a piano. But you've dealt with it perfectly!

Thank you, yes , I have to admit it is not easy with the 3/4 time signature but this would have to be my best attempt at this song so far…

Jackson dude WOW you outdid yourself this time. As someone who also covers this song, I know how crazy those chords and the progressions are, as well as the timing. You absolutely nailed this one!. The intro is super tough with timing and the flowing arpeggiated notes but you freaking NAILED it perfectly!!

Thanks so much! Yes it’s a tough some meaning because the timing on the intro can be misleading … it’s kinda staggered and mysterious . Plus, I suck with 3/4 time signature it’s not that common for what I play…. 6/8 is fair enough but yeah 3/4 is just a bit different lol. I have to say , I am very very pleased with how this turned out.

Absolutely beautiful!! I can remember my homeroom teacher in the 7th grade playing Enya each time when we did work. 7th grade homeroom it's something that I will remember for a long time cause it was there that I first heard about the attack on 9/11.

Very skilled playing, great when it is learnt by ear; even more impressive from someone who hasn't had music lessons! 👏 🎹 A wonderful cover of Caribbean Blue, the 2009 upload too, and a very close arpeggiated part to the original by Enya! 💙🤩🎹 I also enjoyed the Sleeping Satellite (Tasmin Archer) piano upload, and luckily revisited 😄🎶
