Eofauna Triceratops Sp. Review!! Both Versions Dominant & Cryptic

3 жыл бұрынAnother solid offering from #EoFauna!! It’s refreshing to get a #Triceratops that’s not horridus. These two figures are based on the “Yoshi” Trike specimen. The sculpting and detail are top notch. Each one of their releases get better and better. The paint schemes are ok. Not a fan of the blue sleeves on the cryptic version. But in the end a must add to any #dinosaur collection.

Oh god they're fantastic!! 😻 At this stage I seriously consider Eofauna to be the natural, greatly levelled-up successors to Battat. The detailing and realism is something else!!

I love how you implement fossil replicas in your reviews and state the exact specimens each figure you review is based on, really shows how much effort and passion you put into these videos. That’s why you are one of my favorite figure reviewers!

When I saw promotion image, I thought Cryptic blue leg is off-putting. But after watching this video, it seems not as bad as I thought. I pre-ordered Dominant already on ED, but now I have changed my mind to purchase both Dominant & Cryptic as a pair. Thank you for this great video which helps me to make a difficult decision!

Eofauna is numero uno in this range, as far as i'm concerned. So, this is my most antecipated figure of the year. Hope we leave lockdown next week in my country, i need it to be able to receive orders by mail, because i'm never at home and i have to receive them elsewhere. If so, i'll buy this one as fast as possible. Thanks for the review.

Fantastic work as always on this one 🍻 I dig both of the paint schemes here. Definitely cool to see a different species, wonder if we'll ever get T.prorsus in figure form? I love both of those Eofauna books too, you know me too I can't wait until they get to the Ornithischians.

A splendid and the most accurate ceratopsian (Triceratops) figure and a novel Triceratops species too! Eofauna really deserves to be the best in resurrecting prehistoric creatures molded in plastic. I have still not bought the PNSO Winter Wilson T.rex figure till now and am waiting for the most accurate version from Eofauna. I know that the results of waiting are really sweet. Your review is also marvelous.

Awesome Triceratops; it's great to get a new species of the genus. Eofauna products are an incredibly great value price-wise too. This is the golden age of dinosaur figures.

Both Dominant and Cyptic are great Eotriceratops figures by Eofuana,and I love it. And DSR review on these 2 figure is awesome,cause he's awesome.

The transitioning browns on the cryptic are absolutely beautiful!!!. I was decided to get the dominant but now im not too sure the blue socks are bothering enough to say no to the cryptic. The sloppy grey horns are the worst part i would say... Anyway, both are great and match pnso's rex perfectly.

The blue looks much better in person. It’s not as bad as I thought. I’m happy with it even though it bugs me a little lol.

The cryptic looked a little odd in the promo images but it's so much better in hand. Great Review!!

If the blue sleeves on the Cryptic faded into brown of the shoulders, instead of that hard demarcation line, I might prefer the Cryptic coloration, but as is I’ll be buying the Dominant.

Brilliant planning and marketing. When paired and posed horn-to-horn the result appears as if there are two separate sculpts. EoFauna will double their money on this one lol. The paint is a little much for me but the sculpt is nice.

I'm gonna get positively SLANDERED for this, but I kinda think it's the best Triceratops figure under 50 bucks. I said what I said. It's got that charming ceratopsian body that the Battat Pachyrhinosaurus has that not many companies have been able to nail and that's what really sells it for me.

have a feeling someone's gonna ask me to clarify, but I think it's the hip bones that's hooking me abt the body-sculpt. Also the feet. P.S. EoFauna seemed to have released some T. horridus skeletons and previews, shame they didn't release that one because that would likely blow most of the competing Trikes outta the water.

I really love the sculptures of these models, but the colors are wild! My Tyrannosaurus Wilson wants a mate for his Hell Creek diorama, but PNSO's Triceratops aren't up to the 1:35 scale! Maybe you can advise a worthy Triceratops, which will not oppress my tyrannosaurus with its size?

Is it right to say these trikes seem semi compatible with pnso ? Especially with the longer mouths? They’re like somewhere in between safari and pnso. And I’m damn urged to buy both at the same time xD

Yep they are compatible and look great with other figures of similar scale. Give in. Get both lol
