Sh sahab ab tu woman bhi job karti hay us ka bhi wirasat hot hay Morissette uortain bhi hoti hain .Morissette kay name say chart banain I think is more easy to understand

Why is father present in both Zawil Furooz and Asabaat?

If only father is alive and beta is not alive then father will get a fixed amount as zavil furooz, and then and asaba, but if father and son both are present then father will only get fixed amount as zavil furooz and beta will behave as asaba and take the remaining money

ذو الفروض وہ ہیں جن کے حصے قرآن و حدیث نے مقرر کر دیے ہیں۔ اس سے وہ عصبات میں سے خارج نہیں ہو جاتے۔ جیسے بیٹی ذو الفروض میں ہے مگر حصوں کی تخصیص کے وقت وہ بیٹے کے ساتھ آ جاتی ہے۔ اگر بیٹا موجود ہو تو باپ کو صرف ذو الفروض کے مطابق حصہ دیا جاتا ہے۔ لیکن ایک ایسی صورت جس میں میت کا بیٹا نہ ہو تو پھر باپ کو ذو الفروض کا حصہ بھی ملتا ہے اور وہ عصبہ بھی شمار ہوتا ہے جس سے باقی سب بچا ہوا مال بھی باپ کو دے دیا جاتا ہے۔ Father is next in line to son. If and only if son is not alive, only then father becomes asaaba. Otherwise he is only zawil furooz
