Why are you trying to expand a very negative point of view about the Goberment of the Hispanic Empire?. First, You should divide this enormous era of 300, even 400 years in some lands, into several different periods. Second, You can not say that a Goberment of 300 years is a bad Goberment, or ineficient, silly and slow Goberment, It is absurd, mostly when this Goberment was the ruler of hole world, oceans and continents for 300 years.
