In my area of Quebec, we have the same wild plants as you showed in your video as well as wild garlic, ground ivy, sumac, etc. With dandelion flowers, I make honey. So surprising how it tastes almost the same . Thank you for this video; it's nice to see you enjoy some free time in nature.

Aquí en Madrid también en la zona rural se pueden recoger cardillos,espárragos silvestres,berros ... aparte de setas....es muy importante cuidar el entorno y disfrutar de sus propiedades, ha sido muy enriquecedor el video de hoy muchas gracias ❤

È bello sapere che c’è ancora chi, come me, raccoglie le erbe spontanee! L’acetosa purtroppo non la so riconoscere, ma con le ortiche si ottengono degli ottimi risotti, mentre il tarassaco è molto versatile, anche crudo in insalata… raccolgo la malva, quando la trovo, ottimo antinfiammatorio e buonissima per le tisane, oppure la melissa, la menta… buona è anche la portulaca cotta, perfetta per la torta salata! Invece l’erba cipollina la coltivo sul balcone, cresce senza alcuna difficoltà quindi penso proprio potresti provarci… buon appetito!

Hello Cory, what a wonderful subject you've chosen for this video ! I love picking up wild flowers and plants to eat them or to make herbal teas. At the moment I concentrate on picking wild garlic, dandelion, sorrel (thank to you I'm learning new words 😅), springbeauty (according to Google) and nettles. For my teas I find common cowslip (?) and daisies. You're so right, when you talk about wisdom as a real richness. And the nutrients in these wild plants is so much higher, as all we can buy in supermarkets, even higher as in the vegetables we grow in our gardens. I am already curious to hear or read more about your book with the "witches". We all know, they were wise and had knowledge other people hadn't. Have a nice week 🐰🩷🌷🍀🌿

Bonjour Cory, je fais la même chose dans la nature et dans mon jardin où je trouve de l' ail sauvage ( chives pour toi ). Il y en a beaucoup et tout au long du printemps et de l' été. Il y a des orties mais je les garde pour fertiliser et protéger les plantes car je les trouve trop amères 😅. Et il y a aussi des pissenlits. En France on les prépare en salade avec des lardons frits, des croûtons et des oeufs durs. Délicieux. Et avec les fleurs on fait une délicieuse confiture, je devrais dire gelée, le goût est incroyable. En tout cas j' ai adoré te voir dans la nature. Je sais quel bien-être ça procure. Bon dimanche !🌿☘️❤ Ah au fait aujourd'hui j' ai réussi mon premier pain au levain. Après trois échecs 🤪Je ne sais pas si tu en as déjà fait. C'est si bon. Je faisais des sauts dans la cuisine tellement j' étais contente 😂

Bonjour !!! Quel plaisir de trouver autant de personnes qui ont cette passion ! 💚 Je récolte ces plantes plutôt au printemps quand elles sont plus crues. Ensuite, elles deviennent trop amères. Idem pour les orties, plus elles sont petites plus elles sont savoureuses. Elles ont plutôt le goût des épinards et ne laissent aucune trace d'amertume en bouche. J'utilise aussi les plus mûres comme engrais ou pour me laver les cheveux avec de l'eau bouillante. L'idée du pissenlit avec des œufs à la coque et du bacon me plaît beaucoup ! Et wooooow, je ne savais pas que l'on pouvait faire de la confiture avec des fleurs. Il faut absolument que j'essaie 😍😍😍😍😍. Bref, je ne m'attendais pas à aimer autant ce thème. Je prévois une partie 2 et une vidéo avec des plantes médicinales. héhéhé. A l'aide ! Je ne sais pas du tout faire du pain 🤦🏻♀️ 🤪🤪🤪 Je vous embrasse et je vous souhaite une bonne journée ! 🌸❤️🌸

Très intéressante ta vidéo🥰Les herbes sauvages ont été oubliées et c'est vraiment dommage. Je me souviens quand j'étais enfant (cela fait très longtemps😅🤣😂), ma maman nous faisait de la soupe aux orties, c'était très bon et nous étions toujours étonnés que cela ne pique pas en les mangeant. Cela me rappelle également, le nombre de fois que je me suis retrouvée dans un champ d'orties et d'avoir eu tellement mal à cause des piqûres🤪. Elle nous faisait également de la salade de pissenlit avec des œufs durs et des lardons, miam c'était trop bon😉Belle journée et à bientôt😘😘😘

Merci beaucoup ! 💚 Oui, c'est vraiment dommage car elles sont vraiment saines et les récolter serait un moyen durable de se nourrir. Ma maman et ma grand-mère le font encore d'ailleurs. Et avec ces orties que j'ai mises au congélateur, j'ai l'intention de faire une soupe qui me fera déborder de santé aussi 😂😂😂😂. Moi aussi j'ai été pleine de piqûres, d'égratignures, de tout et n'importe quoi dans mon enfance. Disons que je n'étais pas une enfant très calme 😂😂😂😂😂😂 Mmmm j'aime bien l'idée du pissenlit, des œufs durs et du bacon. Miam miam. Bonne journée à toi aussi et un gros câlin ! ❤️🌸😘🤗

Noi abitiamo in campagna, mio papà è sempre in giro per campi e prati, quindi lui dalla sua passeggiata arriva sempre a casa con qualcosa, radicchio di campagna , assomiglia al tarassaco ma la pianta è rasoterra e larga( mentre raccoglievi le foglie del dente di leone ne avevi una pianta vicino ai piedi), poi raccoglie noci, gli asparagi selvatici (luartis in dialetto) e ci si fa la frittata, poi conosco una signora che va a raccogliere i fiori del sambuco e fa lo sciroppo 😁

Che bello! Il mio sogno è abitare in campagna, lontana dal rumore della città e circondata dalla natura. L'avevo visto anche io questo radicchio di campagna ma pensavo fosse sempre tarassaco spiaccicato a terra 😬. Anche io raccolgo le noci e vorrei andare a trovare anche gli asparagi selvatici. Mi piace da morire andare per i campi. Anche mia mamma faceva una bevana rinfrescante con i fiori del sambuco e anche lo sciroppo di germogli di abete. Vorrei provarci anche io. Magari lo farò vedere in un video. heheh Buona giornata! ❤️🌸🤗

Este "vivemos no cimo de uma colina" recriou uma imagem maravilhosa na minha mente. É o meu sonho viver no meio da natureza. 💚 Eu também costumava apanhar morangos silvestres quando era criança. Os mais pequenos, não é? Os pinhões não eram usados aqui (na Roménia), mas em Itália eram. Costumávamos fazer xarope com botões de abeto. Era delicioso. Ainda no outro dia estava a pensar que gostaria de o fazer em casa. Envio-vos um abraço caloroso! 🌸❤️🤗

@@alcidiasilva1543 É claro que é melhor não arriscar. As urtigas, se apanhadas no início da primavera, quando ainda estão muito cruas, são muito boas, para além de serem muito saudáveis. Têm um sabor semelhante ao dos espinafres. Um abraço! 🤗😘

Sono italiana, mi piacciono i tuoi video, però diventa snervante impostare i sottotitoli in italiano, scappano sempre, ogni due minuti. Per favore, fa qualcosa. Non ne posso più 😂

Sto pensando che magari è colpa della sincronizzazione automatica di KZfaq. O secondo te, dovrei lasciare più spazio fra un sottotitolo ed un altro? Ti prometto che cercherò di sistemare questa cosa. @@cozyhomediary praticamente spariscono i sottotitoli in italiano e rimangono solo quelli in inglese

@@graziafalzone7250 Che peccato!!!!! Quello che mi descrivi è un problema di sincronizzazione di KZfaq. Purtroppo, a livello tecnico, non ci posso fare nulla. L'unica cosa che posso fare è provare a lasciare più tempo fra un sottotitolo ed un altro per lascia più tempo a KZfaq di sincronizzarsi. Mannaggia, mi dispiace davvero tanto.
