In October 2021 during Durga Puja break we went to Meghalaya on a road trip. This video is 2nd episode of this series in which we have traveled from Guwahati to Shillong. Just before reaching Shillong we changed our plans midway.

It is so flawless. one of the best. please add the hotels, restaurants and their costs etc. where you stay and eat in your story. also inform how you ensure the security aspects when you plan to travel in night. all the best. Jowai route is much more scenic... you can enjoy tourist spots like Krangsuri fall & Mopun falls..and then travel towards Dawki.

Is it mandatory to take e invite from meghalaya tourism department to enter in Shillong ? Is advance hotel booking required to enter Shillong? Please answer my queries.

Yes e invite is mandatory. Hotel booking is not mandatory. You can fill details of the hotel where you plan to stay.
