Neither of my parents recieve a diagnosis of dementia. Though, Both my parents have developed dementia. Dad died 2 yrs ago, started to need help dressing but other than that he took care of all his personal needs and stayed socially engaged ! Mom is very healthy at 97. Lots of memory loss. So, much for the medical world 😂 Mom can no more take care of herself than fly to the moom ❤ she can however take care of her personal needs. Eat independently, get out of bed to wheelchair and converse. She stays affable, fun, interested and inquisitive! A wonderful woman !

My husband was diagnosed with bvFTD 6 months ago. He doesn’t think anything is wrong with him. I had noticed changes for a few years but couldn’t convince him to go to a neurologist until last October. Is there any reason to convince he has FTD? I don’t try but he knows I now have to handle things that he uses to do. Thanks for sharing your videos.

My husband's progression from mild cognitive impairment to dementia to alzheimers. Left gas on stove no flame odorant strong in house. Hit fence with lawnmower unaware broke neighbors fence left hose on flooded our yard and neighbors. Always someone else did it or neighbors fence board rotten...upset he was told no more driving...now suggesting I go for driving test...😢
