Hell of an episode, that man’s “mentorship” has stuck with me for years haha. Great to hear about the future of ST and the lead they’ve taken in new spaces. As always One’s Ready is killing it 🇺🇸

it's cool you have these experienced operators on the show. have you thought about having young operators with a year or 2 experience and get their perspective of initial operational experience.

We have, and we are constantly open to it. There are a couple roadblocks of getting the young guys to come on; but it’s a great suggestion and we are always trying to make that happen.

Ready to come in. Late 30s, will need waivers, but Ill be trying to get that graduating run time down anyways. If I'm too old is there a TACP slot available for people who wash out the special operations requirements? I'd rather die of exhaustion than scan IDs at the gate.

It amazes the opportunities afsoc offers, my nephew and one of my muay thai coach is currently going through one of the pipe lines. Last I spoken to him he was bummed out he didnt get combat controller, but he got TACP which I think is very cool cause he will get to play with HF radios and other nerdy coms like ft8 or winlink but on steroids. I can only imagine its similar to amateur radio but on steroids but EW intel and firearms my nephew got his designator for PJ and he wanted TACP. I enjoyed this Peaches.
