Jugaad to theek he ...par Paisa kamane ki race me ...aajkal baccho ko Maa ka wo pyar nahi mil paa Raha jo milna chahiye ....baccho ko kamse kam 3 saal tak to Maa ki dekh bhal milni hi chahiye .. aise paise ka bhi kya karna ...jis se baccho ka parents se hi connection na ban paaye ...

Bhai aajkal har companies me female HR top management me baithi hoti hai ... Aur mostly badi companies career restart hiring program chalati he specially for women...so kisi ko career re start karna ho to wo 3 saal baad bhi kar sakti hai ... Waise iska sabse best solution yahi he ki women employees ko meternity leave ke tarah , atleast 3 saal tak work from home karne ki permission milni chahiye ... Usme condition daal sakte hai ki only one time ye lagu hogi .....

I get you brother I would like to give you a metro city perspective. Just so that you know, Nursery ki fees aajkal laakho me ho gai hai And this cost only keeps on compounding We all want to give the best to our offsprings. These days Its hard to survive even if both the parents are working

SAP Modules have a bleak future bro Theyll give you peanuts even if youre the best ABAPer out there for example My gf used to work in SAP ABAP Thats how I know how shitty it is Rather switch to in demand technologies if you want faster growth

sir data engineering ki demand kaisi hai market main aajkl aur aane wale time mai? Since ye software development nahi toh kya isme bhi acche package jaise 20-30lpa mil skata hai jaise SDE ko milta hai , mera tech stack hai Python Aws Snowflake and I have just joined a company with 8lpa ctc

@@navneetkummar4811 bro jaise sde aur data scientists ko 20-30lpa milna shuru ho jata hai 1-2 saal ke experience ke baad mostly , DE ko bhi milta hai kya kyuki as I started to learn boht se tools technologies aur kaam bhi challenging lag rha hai toh compensation bhi accha milna chahiye aise toh. And aapne bola competition kam and vacancies jyada , but mai linkedin wagerah ki jyada vacancies nhi dekhta , mai FAANG type product based companies mai jana chahta hu, so kya compared to other IT roles yha competition kam milta hai kya while trying for job

@@prof.mangabhai yes competition obviously kum h and vacancies zyada ..DS m dur se dikhta h ki 1-2 years k exp. Pr 10-20 lakh milte h wo covid time ki baat thi ab waisa nhi rha .. DE m demand jitni h utni DE ki supply nhi h market m toh higher package obviously milega .. Faang k sapne abhi se mt dekho, pehle kaam seekho skills upgrade kro fir sab companies m job mil hi jayegi

Hello sir, mujhe 6 years ka experience hai mera package 5 LPa hai mai sccm,L1 Azure Intune, Global Remote desktop support hai mera work from home hai mai 3 PRD party company me hu mujhe is company me 1 year 8 month ho gya hai, but salary increase nahi ho Raha hai aur married bhi hu

bhai current package 21 lakh he java mei , me ab switch karna chahta hu ab .kya jyada package hone se responsbility bad jati he. 5 year experience hei mera or 31 ki demand kar raha hu ,agar mujhe itna mil jata hei to kya mujhe jyada hard work karna padega

Bhai log ye sab se bahar nikalo.. our tumhare pass 2-3 lack hain to kuch to aapna start karo.. kuch kuch gaon main log 12th pass hain our sal ka sirf 8 mahine mahanat karatke.. 25-30 lack kama rahe hain bus unaone usake liye 2 sal ekdam kadi mhanat ke hain.. ye software or cooperate main tumako hamesa naya sikahan padega stress badega BP and suger ke tablet 42 years se khani hoge our ek din 2 hart attack ake tu chal baso ge.. kuch to badalo.. ye sab se bahar nikalo..
