wow.. food was delicious.. laal mans was tempting.. nd egg halwa is something that i have never listened about.. omg.. how did it taste.. i can't imagine.. the serving style at ur homestay was fascinating.. nd welcoming.. i have a question.. are this serving utensils made out of clay being used again or are disposed off after onetime use...? mehrangarh fort is really worth watching in rajasthan.. i think many movies are been shooted in there..like bajirao mastani..isn't it...?😄 well nice video.. waiting for the next video..! hats off..!😊😊😊😊

i have not seen prepration of both these types of dishes... only tasted it... but one thing i am sure is Kosha mangsho was very very thick.. least amount of water used.. while gravy of Lal maans does have water...

Jodhpur is super tasty, i will travel there any day to enjoy food there... but Assam food is more about nutrition.... we need taste for our taste buds but nutrition to live healthy life, both are important
