Introduction transcription: 5 years ago, I started adopting a new lifestyle. A way of life which consists of simplifying everyday life. It is also touted to reduce stress, to gain mental clarity, to save time, to have good financial health, to focus on quality relationships, for better organization and above all, to have a better environmental impact.
So I'm going to tell you a story that is mine, that of this long journey towards this concept that sells dreams and which we call MINIMALISM.
You will most certainly say to yourself: “here is yet another video on minimalism” I reassure you, the objective of this episode is not to show you an immaculate white environment, with almost nothing around; very popular at the moment. It’s not this minimalism that I want to talk to you about; Besides, I prefer to say that I have adopted the art of simplicity rather than talking about minimalism; which can sometimes seem quite extreme.
So I'm going to tell you about my journey, my story, through time which brought me to this way of life; what it brought me, what I get out of it; Here is the art of simplicity to have a much lighter daily life

Adopting minimalism means having your own vision and objectives behind this quest for the essential. For me, it was simple: feel less cluttered, consume more ethically. it also means getting rid of social pressures as I experienced during my adolescence;
It was a rediscovery of freedom, an invitation to concentrate on what is essential. I learned to value quality over quantity, to invest in experiences over material possessions.
