@@backwatersandbackroads The abandoned bridge after the toll bridge you mentioned. Both bridges go from the mainland to Gasparilla Island. There was a dock for loading phosphate on to ships at the south end of the Island at Boca Grande pass. Like most of the places you've travel through along the Florida coast it was a much quieter and less populated place when we we were frequent visitors (by boat) in the 70's.

Watching Wavey Gravey going back and forth on the forward deck reminded me of one time we had dolphins around our boat. Our dog must of been able to hear their dolphin sounds as he always knew when they were near. One time a couple of them hung back by our cockpit, rather than cavorting in the bow wake, and would swim under our boat and come up on the other side of the cockpit. So our dog, Mate, would dash back and forth across the cockpit to see them. It was quite a game that lasted for several minutes. When we were looking over the side, one of the dolphin rolled on it side to get a better look at us! Watching your videos brings back all kinds of memories for us, like that one. Thank you! p.s. Have you noticed if Wavey knows if dolphins are around before you even spot them?

I just realized that my tv and mobile device, although connected, do not share information well..?!😂 If your ever on the TennTom again, from Tishamingo to Columbus, hit me up. I’ll be a support vehicle for gas, groceries, whatever. It would be a pleasure to meet you and Wavey. I hope you make a million subs. God bless you and yours, keep up the great content. 👍
