Spent a bit of time in Exmouth growing up and the fishing back then was pretty good..changed a bit though last time i was there..still good fishing if you know where to go

Despite the amonia smell when fresh...shark mackerel are pretty damn good when smoked, and eaten with some sweet chilli sauce. If we ever caught them commercial fishing from Quobba, Kai fisheries used to smoke them for us.
