Ep. 63 Autumn Harvests & a day at the Beach!

This week, Autumn has arrived, the village is busy with the Cognac harvest, I have a bumper quince harvest of my own, but the weather is still warm enough for a day out with friends at the beach!

Those apples looked delicious. Glad you got to go to the beach for the day even getting in the water. Something about the waves just takes all troubles away. I ♥️ the beach. Happy for you. ❤

Good morning Jenny, love your friend, she looks so happy and enjoying your company. One thing is sure, ice cream and milk shakes are made to be enjoyed at the beach, for sure!! The town looked so interesting, such friendly people. Loved the quinces you picked. They are beauties. I also love quince jelly, great spread on top of cream cheese or any other soft cheese, so delicious. Nothing better than to share the surplus with your friends. When I was in the boy scouts we spent many summers near Royan and went to Ile de Ré for an outing, what a wonderful place! Those quince, my mother always made quince jelly but she left the fruit in it, absolutely love it, please save some for us :)
