This week, we continue with odd jobs to spruce up the bathrooms, go to a huge brocante, and get hit by a thunderstorm!

What a beautiful day you had and it ended perfectly with the thunderstorm (except for the sunroof on the LR). Excellent find with that reel to reel. My wife just went crazy when you mentioned 300 stalls.......needless to say she is a brocante addict who also loves shopping at Emaus whenever there is one nearby. Soon we will be back in France and she will have it all.

Such a good idea to paint over that strip, looks a thousand times better! We have some of those vinyl records too, but we bought ours new years ago, LOL. There is nothing like that sound! Too bad about the sunroof, and I wish you could send us some rain. It's very dry here just now here in the PNW. At least they haven't curtailed our hose use!

Very pleased to hear you love Pat Metheny too. We joined his concerts in the Netherlands 5 times in Vredenburg, Utrecht. Sometimes you use great music for this videos. Like this time: great.

Personally I have approximately 100 Cassettes and a cassette player which I absolutely love. In fact, I don't want to get rid of my 1996 Honda Accord as it also has a player 😀 love to see the records too! 💜

Next time you are over you should try a little restaurant in St John’s Wood,called Laventure which you may know it’s been there for 30 years owned by a French woman called Catherine we go a lot and love it

Great brocante ! Beautiful place , the artillery shell is not greek , it's russian , not that it matters . There is nothing like good summer thunderstorm

Awesome finds. I want to go back to viynal and old school hi fi . No room in this apartment but who knows .. I may own a Chateau one day if not a lovely home. Always a pleasure to have Anders on camera . You both are a pleasure to “hang out “ with. My husband and I set a high wellness goal for me . We want to work toward traveling yo France in November.

Jenny & Anders, thanks for the wonderful video. Enjoyed seeing your trip to the brocante and the eclectic treasures you brought. Seeing the vintage Prince LP brings back great memories. (We live in Minnesota in the US, about 30 minutes from Paisley Park.) Also can't go wrong with an ABBA cassette tape!

@Jenny's Chateau Farm Hi Jenny. Fortunately Paisley Park should have a strong future. It's well maintained due to its popularity for tours and as a recording studio. Its also located in an affluent suburb of Minneapolis with a deep tax base, and has strong local backing. And even without those factors, I'm sure the people of Minnesota (with their Scandinavian wisdom) would not let Paisley Park fall into disrepair.

Hi Jenny. I'd say you had a lovely day. Monsieur Anders is no longer camera shy? Seems you said in an earlier video that he did not want to be in the videos. He is Dutch? Your son has almost the same taste in music as I do. Well, not Aba. Yuk! 😅😂😅 You couldn't have devised better sound effects than the thunderstorm. I think today is Mother's Day, so happy Mothers Day! 😊
