We have finally arrived home after six months away. Good to be back, but equally wondering what to next.
We hope you enjoy this video and find the content useful. We enjoy making them and find they help us improve our sailing skills and also provide a good record of our experiences.
That said, they take a fair bit of time and kit to produce. If you were wanting to support this then it is possible to donate at
HTTPS://PayPal.me/coricC32
From October 23, we will be based in the Solent will be available for highly bespoke training for all elements of the yacht master syllabus and building experience. Email me at john@coric.uk
Music - created by John
Additional video and photographs by George Isted - thank you

I have thoroughly enjoyed this wonderful record of your sailing adventure. When I say "I" that's not strictly speaking correct as my landlubber better half has been hooked as well!! We love how you explain things in detail and share your 'learns'. It's not only entertaining but very informative and interesting. Thank you so much for taking the time and making the effort to share with us. Best wishes...

Thoroughly enjoyed following your adventures. Thank you. Makes me all the more determined to get more than the 5 weeks total aboard our Contessa that we managed this season.

A proper adventure, brilliant that you've shared so much of it. Seems like the boat and all the nav gear performed well, no doubt you'll soon be planning more. Great advert for this corner of the world, enjoy being home.

I'm bit late to watch your last video but I'm pretty busy learning to play golf ! I realize that I should not put all my money in clubs, green fees, lessons with a pro and tokens for the practice range but rather allow 10% for beer and fish and chips 🤣 Don't know yet if it will improve my handicap/index but it's worth trying ! Thank's for sharing your nice trip.

Congrats on the successful adventure. If I’m not mistaken from the refit videos, you have 3 sealed lead acid batteries, 1 starter and 2 domestic - did you find this & your charging methods (assuming alternator, shore power & small solar panel) adequate?
@CoricContessa32
@CoricContessa32 9 ай бұрын
Yes thank you very much and your kind words. You are right about the batteries and the electrical provision. Everything worked pretty well although the solar panel output dropped a little. Not sure if it’s the panel all the wires and need to do a little bit of investigating. We only had to run the engine to charge the batteries very occasionally. For example, if we had been at anchor for two or three days with not much sunshine
