Buwa was born gangster... No match to him till date... ATS Arrived to swati building definitely to neutralized them but first step the took to make them Surrender because it waas highly residental area so that other civilians might get shot but by the time Inspector KAVI said them to surrender and pointed gun first to Buwa because he knew the person who can shoot was buwa so he was on gun point.. KAVI said buwa to surrender yourself we will not harm you till the time kavi finished BUWA was unarmed but has Pistol just side of him in sofa..Inspector KAVI was thinking how can they start battle when buwa was on gun point but in distance but Buwa picked the gun pull the trigger and fired it to KAVI and It is Stated by Inspector KAVI.. I even don't saw how buwa managed to pick the gun and fired... It was like a camera light flash speed. Then shootout began and inner source say's that inspector khan was chasing Maya and Kavi was chasing Buwa for so long time and buwa was waiting desperately prepared to shoot to kill Inspector KAVI in right time.. And Buwa was about to leave the Swati building with money because he was main target so that other's gang member may be safe but they decided to start a small party then buwa was to leave swati building with cash.. Buwa even left the key of the Car inside care to avoid risk exactly one hour before ATS came and shootout began..in whole shootout Maya was talking and challenging to officers to come up by holding the postion to shoot, others were defending themself on thirdfloor but Buwa was on second floor alone holding AK-47 can firing madly even he got first shot on his thighs but still buwa was still fighting to kill not to defend.. And when buwa thought today we couldn't fight so he decided to run towards maruti van to get out firing blindly but by the time he reached car he got shot and felt down.. After buwa get shot maya saw it and left hope so he decided to surrender he came out and said I m surrendering but ATS was mad to neutralized Maya and he got shot too... But when they all thought everyone is dead while a police officer inspector KHAN saw buwa was still breathing khan shot buwa 3 bullets 2 bullet in right chest, and one on right Arm.. It is the main story of shootout.

My very far relatives was on kanjurmarg in 80's who use to see buwa holding carbine gun when ashok joshi was about to got arrested... buwa was pointing gun alone towards police men and warning them to go back.. Buwa alone dared police officers to get out of hideout of Ashok joshi.. From where he got his name Buwa means Most daring one with dreaded Mind. And second day His very close friend got encountered and he was on anger mood so he shot 2 girls in bhandup bus stand just becaause they were laughing at him.. He shot girls and came to his one friend house and kept his gun on table and covered his face by towel and take rest by sleeping...His real name was dilip kohak. He used to wear a red color ring in his right fourth finger.. When he use to go for killings he use ko kiss his ring and after killing again he used ko kiss his own ring.. You can see the type of ring In movie of shootout at lokhandwala where tushar kapoor dressup includes a red ring in his finger and used to wear sports type of shoes of 80's. Buwa once killed 3 gang rivals in panvel bar club where he was about to get attack but he killed three of them standing in one position and 3 bullets.. 2 bullet on head of two men and third bullet on chest of another one

This story is correct but there is one more detail. That day in Chembur Dilip Bua who was bodyguard of Rama Naik was sitting in the front seat of the car and he turned and shot dead Rama Naik who was sitting in the back seat. This was told to me by Rajan Singh who set fire to Anil Parab's wife and while he was doing this the phone was active so that Wangya could hear his wife's screams.
