I'm thrilled to share today's episode with all of you because it represents a significant step in my personal journey. In this episode, I talk about the importance of choosing yourself, even if it may cause some discomfort to others. The key is to always act with love and grace, as that is what truly counts.
I have been in some unhealthy relationships, where the individuals weren't necessarily "bad," but their unresolved trauma led them to mistreat me. It was a significant breakthrough for me when I realized it was okay to prioritize myself after seeking therapy, which truly changed the game for me.
