We have heard it before that ALL EC SURE MAKE MONEY, but is it really true? Let's find out.

I only select the EC that MOP for past 10yrs, and taking the 5yrs MOP into account, the TOP criteria will be based on 2008 to 2018. So there are 40 EC from the list.
Next, I used the Edgeprop tool to find out if there is any unprofitable transactions. Total there are the 4 EC (The Amore, Ecopolitan, Watercolours and La Casa) with Unprofitable Transactions. I also used Huttons Analyzer to study what caused these unprofitable transactions.
In summary, the Unprofitable transactions are due to Urgent Sale with Pre-MOP period (The Amore, Ecopolitan and Watercolours) or Resale (La Casa).
In short, the ALL EC really do make money, but only if you buy directly from the developer and hold it till MOP at least. The timing of sale is important. If you agree to this statement, comment in 1 and if you don’t, can comment 2.
