I'm sorry but more privacy? Have you seen how close the unit is to the opposite unit in the video? It's literally the direct opposite and not even diagonally placed for at least slightly more privacy. Yes it's big for a 1+study & it's very accessible but unless you're spending 70% of your time outside of this home, you'll definitely feel as if people from the other side of the units are voluntarily & involuntarily looking at your place whenever you come back home. I feel that'd eat up some mental stress just thinking about it. Bear in mind a home is to feel relaxed, not a place to keep keeping an eye on. Just my 2 cents.
