Nasi kandar 是穆斯林印度人的雜飯。通常可選咖哩肉類、炸雞、甚至海鮮,還有蔬菜雞蛋等。覺得看個人的選擇菜餚,沒有所謂難吃與否。福建面的圖片是中部的福建面,是用黑醬油炒的大碌麵,個人很喜歡,普遍上也挺受大家喜愛。

嘩!這個報告的食評家的時辰八字是否與大馬人相衝,所説的十大都是大馬人的所愛,我擧脚反對這個十大,不過又是都要看食評家是否吃對了檔攤。😁🤣 黑豉油 = 曬油,與豉油半點關係都沒有,它是以焦糖製造,是調味料和增色料。它的味道獨特帶甜(不同品牌不同味道),應該有它的料理裏面沒了它就是沒了靈魂,如肉骨茶,福建面(中馬和南馬區)等。😁 水蓊 = 蓮霧,又分蜜糖水蓊和普通水蓊,蜜糖水蓊樣子比較穩定的紅色,味道比較甜。蘸帶有黑蝦膏的醬料特別美味,如 Rojak(蘿惹醬)等。😁 扁擔飯 = 印度穆斯林雑飯,是香料料理餸飯,是大馬經典之一,尤其是撈上混汁和配上數片 Papadam(豆脆餅),不同檔攤不同風味,個人認爲最具代表性的始終是檳城扁擔飯,風味和味道都特別美味。😁 福建面,中馬和南馬(西馬半島的中部和南部)版本與北馬(檳城)的不同,檳城的等於蝦麵。福建面(黑)實屬是豬油燜麵,麵條的澱粉質融合了豬油形成了濃稠的口感,有一種黏嘴的口感,但很多檔攤沒做到這一點,當然配料還是關鍵。😁 板面,個人還是比較喜歡舊巴生路的 手拉滑板面(紅茶館手拉滑板面)。😁 藍花飯,眼睛不能代替味蕾,吉蘭丹的最正宗,蔬菜粒居多。娘惹藍花飯配上Capitan Chicken,簡直是經典,藍花飯配上 椰汁煮烟熏鴨,兩者都是人間美味。😁 大馬的糕點,無論是客家,福建,娘惹糕點等等都很仰賴檔攤手勢,有些口感好吃,有些就很差。😁

個人認爲,扁擔飯最正的一道香料料理,除了羊肉料理之外,就是 大鮮魷春料理 啦,不過就有季節性!😁

蓝花饭其实饭本身是没有味的,只是颜色,不需要怕,配料方面可能有些人不喜欢,因为d蔬菜比较生。其实马六甲都有一种巴巴娘惹茶果和粽子是用蓝色的蝶豆花染色的,都几好吃,你们可以google下 Nyonya 粽子和Nyonya Kuih Pulut。

莲雾/水翁 一定要用 酸梅粉,够咸的酸梅粉 ,个人比较重口味,所以沾很多来吃。

黑油 vs 白油。怡保人叫 soya sauce 醬油做白油,叫dark soya sauce 黑醬油做黑油。 香港的黑醬油,叫老抽,稀身。大马的黑醬油,非常杰身(浓稠)帶甜,以前瓶上是写黑酱油,我注意到近年很多生產者己改寫叫晒油。可能是想把它和老抽驱分開來吧,不知道。

It's caramelised soy sauce which is thick and dark. Yes we do do the fruit with the so called Rojak sauce ( which is the same as the sauce used for the Chinese style fruit rojak) the hokkien noodle is KL region style while northern hokkien noodle is the soupy prawn noodle. The dark one will be known as hokkien char (fried hokkien noodle in Penang while the soupy one is called praw. Noodle in KL region)

一開始所講嘅蓮霧配辣椒醬、生抽老抽等等嘅食法係叫囉吔 (Rojak)。有啲茶室裡面會有囉吔檔,或有時會有架小貨車喺某啲路邊同時賣囉嘢及煎蕊。但係一般上大馬人都係拎酸梅粉配搭蓮霧。

扁擔飯可以詮釋為辣味嘅雜飯。裡面嘅雞肉、牛肉、羊肉、蔬菜都係辣嘅。你哋唔會習慣嘅。

蝶豆花飯,本身係冇味嘅,不過藍色配上其它顏色嘅菜類只會提升視覺效果啫。營養家嘢上網都查得到。娘惹菜係有啲微辣至重辣,點菜時要問服務員,免得中伏。

If you eat our rojak (fruit salad) the sauce they also use black soy sauce with sesame seed, crushed peanuts and some chilli sauce and sugar added with fried prawns biscuits very nice my favorite

Hokkien cuisine always use black soy sauce fried hokkien mee they you thick noodles to fried it is delicious if they fried it using charcoal fire try it you will like it

水蓊配酸梅粉,不同的層次感就出來了。有機會北上怡保檳城的時候,在打芭休息站可以買到小包裝的水蓊/番石榴配酸梅粉

一听就知个网主是,返转来写野以求博出位。捞生only available during CNY February, 月饼 在July /August 先至吃到。Nasi kerabu KL 都好少见,亦都唔会特登去吃。网主(可能超过一位)系流的,为左交功课以乱写。

Have tried pan mee which is not in noodle form they use hand to make a dough roll it to thin form pull it to make into small pieces to cook in soup noodles, nice to chew the dough

1. Guess where? Penang Hill 2. I can understand why the fruit is at #10. Although it's crunchy, sometimes it's not too sweet, sometimes a bit tasteless. That's why most Malaysians eat it as part of fruit rojak. 3. Maggi goreng - To me, it's nothing special. Perhaps when that dish was prepared, the noodles were overcooked and too much MSG was put into it. Who knows? 4. Nasi kerabu - I love nasi kerabu more than nasi lemak. For one, the basic ingredients are just finely cut vegetables/salad (just like lou hei ;) with chopped herbs, eaten with Kelantanese style prawn paste sambal. For me, this is already tasty enough. If you want protein, you can add fried fish or fried chicken. If you cannot stand looking at blue rice, just close your eyes and try - the rice taste like normal rice (before mixing them up) 5. Besides nasi kerabu, the butterfly pea flower extract is also used to color a Nyonya kuih (also made of glutinous rice, eaten with kaya) - something for your future exploration. 6. I am Malaysia (obviously) so I question the criteria used for all these "worst rated" foods (although I know roti canai is ranked at the very top, too) 😆😆

中文水翁也叫莲雾,跟马来话Jambu的发音很接近。莲雾点的应该是虾酱,不是老抽。

black dark soy and thick dark soy are two different products. Black dark soy is fermented longer than light soy. Thick dark soy is added sugar to make the soy thicker.

传统黑酱油是黄豆制成(soy sauce天然),但市面上也很多由糖浆制成(caramel sauce色素较多),两种是有编号来区别,怡保的(合德酱油)就是传统的。中餐用浓缩的居多

If u love curry, u must try nasi kandar. Choose the dishes u like, for eg, fried chicken, curry mutton, baby octopus, ladies fingers, etc. One of my fav Malaysian food

以下纯粹根据本人飲食经验: 1 娘惹糕点 好吃,但太油,不健康 2 捞生 还好吧,严格上来说它只不过是一道沙拉而已,沒有到很难吃 3 蓝花飯 我个人不喜欢但不代表不好吃 4 板面 这个真的要看了,吃过很好吃的,也吃过像垃圾的😅 5 炒Maggie面 老实说沒什么特别,就一般炒方便面,在家自己也会炒来吃 6 拉茶 不错啊 7 月饼只吃某种类,有些真的超级难吃 8 炒大碌面(福建面)挺好吃的 9 nasi kandar 还可以啦,沒有到难吃 10 水蓊超好吃 (sauce: thick soy sauce + sugar + chilli) or with rojak sauce/shrimp paste. 这个大马10大难吃食物名单真的有很大的问题😂😂

孩提童年時光是時常有這個水翁水果吃的😋 童年時光住在小村裏 家家戶戶屋前都種植了多種果樹 有紅毛丹 有碌柚木瓜仁心果有香蕉芒果仲有cempedak波蘿蜜和nangka大樹波蘿蕃薯苗 和仲有大量大辣椒細指天辣椒肯定有的 我8歲時把吃了的榴槤核的種子 種在家前庭20年后有得吃😋 因為是種種子須要時日讓榴槤樹自然長大長碩 小時候我有時間等它長大😂 而孩提年代 物質缺乏下可以簡單容易而家裏肯定要的材料及吃“水蓊的的沾料” 就是時油即是生抽 辣椒子加入砂糖攪拌一下 將糖和抽辣椒微微容解即可將水蓊沾醬 先一小口的試味道或辣不辣的😂 啱口味時再嚟大快朵耳🎉(醬料如你們所講的有生抽或老抽 糖 辣椒切粒 一個盛飯的小碗 將材料3合一“攪拌一、磨研一下” 生抽不用太多的 比如辣椒有10粒就2湯匙生抽 3飯匙糖 看材料適量加入生抽或老抽😊)

Nasi kandar 的特色是把各种咖喱汁加在饭里,它绝对不能和华人的经济、杂饭比,它的价钱蛮高的。一般的nasi kandar饭馆都有各类的海鲜咖喱,一只虾或大墨鱼可以标价RM10 或更高!它是槟城出名的食物。是马来西亚人其中一个最爱(不过很多华人跟本不去试)。这个福建面是吉隆坡八打零的道地美食,很多人做但未必做的好吃。 你们住的地区应该比较少见。去吉隆坡茨厂街的金莲记吃吧。它是很多隆零长大的人在国外很想念的食物!我的一个家人当年从英国回来吃的第一个食物!😁

第一名的娘惹糕是我喜欢吃的,各人观点口味不同。。。 外国人的评估也很奇怪, 其实可能是吃不习惯,但不代表难吃。

To me 'Nasi Kandar', these are usually sold by Indian Muslim or Mamak of Islam religion. It is like the 'Chinese version of mixed rice/ chap fun'. As for Nasi Kerabu, it is comfort food for Kelantanese as well as for Nyonya too; especially the blue/ pea rice and the different type of 'herbal leafs' or kerabu that form the basis of this dish.

"蝶豆花"在菜市场可以买到新鲜的,拿来泡水喝。它对眼睛和头发有帮助! "莲雾"最好用清水泡久点,才吃用!它用了很多农药。你仔细看、莲雾的树叶,没有一张是完整。 还是那句,"各花入各眼"! 老外的胃,比不上亚洲人的胃! 😂😂😂

😮哇~月饼这中华文化糕点由大马来啃啊,冤有头债有主该去找发源地吧😂,10款食物外国人认为难吃是完全可以接受,口味因人而异。。。不过捞生我是认真不喜欢,只是要个意头(结果是浪费),捞完顺手夹两条送入口而已,若果捞鱼生粥就另当别论了

我同意Maggie goreng和板面还有蓝花饭不是好吃那类,我有其他选择我也不吃这三种。至于捞生一年吃一次还好啦又不是时常吃。 这种糯米糕味道也不是很好吃,第一名我觉得ngam概 😂

福建面有分 中马和北马 中马的福建面是焖炒的 北马的是虾汤面 说到月饼难吃更离谱 因为大马的月饼是公认为比香港做得更好

其实唔使睇d西人做的什么报告,什么什么全球排行的垃圾。因为你会发觉全部都毫无根据 同逻辑的。(佢地自己话根据统计咋,边个知啊?全凭佢地d西人个人喜好嚟断定。) 我建议高爸爸去试下吃福建面。因为我觉得高爸爸是个理性,会尝试,识得接受新事物的人。吃过之后,我肯定以后你见到张相 都会吞口水,而唔系话“黑猛猛,无乜胃口”。深色或带黑色的食物,一般都非常好味,例如 猪脚醋,卤猪肉,福建面,干捞云吞面,肉骨茶,黑椒鸡扒………等等。
