Luke is an Electrician and the Trip Leader, Sabrinna is a Building Designer + EVERYTHING ELSE. the kids. Well, the kids live the time of their life whilst getting used to life on the road.
This time we have made it to the Whitsundays Islands, on our Sea Jay Creekmasta 3.7m rooftopper tinnie,camped at south Mole Island for 4 nights and waited the for the right weather to safely make our way to Whitehaven beach, we also attempted fill up with fuel at Hamilton Island, only to be turned around. Hamilton Island is a guest only Island, We were lucky enough that another boat who lived in the island was willing to help us out and fill up our Jerry can.
A bit of snorkelling, fishing, exploring the abandoned resort and a day use at Day dream Island was the cherry on top of our stay. ( that costed us around $350/400 mooring + guest fees for the day)
We just should of planned the way home a little better, we put ourselves in a hairy situation on the channel, but made our way safely to Airlie.
and to be honest, WE TOTALLY WOULD DO IT AGAIN, with a little more planning.
